Great location. Good breakfast and the family room was a good layout and size. The family rooms are all located right next to the lifts. It wasn’t as noisy as expected, but we could hear the lifts and people exiting at times. Family rooms are also all located on the rear side of the building and just look at a blank building wall, where as other rooms on the front side have a beautiful view and seem to be more updated/modern.

The view from the room is beautiful over an oval and looking to the city. The room felt like it was updated and spacious. The bathrooms are a little small and dated.

Great location, easy walk to the Lakeside Pavilion. Reasonable on-site parking. Staff friendly and attentive, and very helpful. They called right away when I left property behind. Excellent. Would have scored a 10 if not for the uncomfortable Ridge in the centre of the bed.

The family rooms and included breakfast. Great value for money Could have been cleaner, walls, skirting boards, shower grout etc. didn’t love that there was no plates, bowls in the room, ordered room service but no plates were provided to share our dishes between 3. Rooms were too warm even with heating off

Size of the room for a family was fantastic. Location was great. Price was excellent. Having parking, restaurants and room service all in the one place is just wonderful when you have a family. Everyone was helpful, having the text messaging on the whatsapp is so convenient and easy. With a family this has been the best place we have stayed so far. There was nothing not to like.
