Lovely relaxed foyer atmosphere, like having option of quick meal in bar area before heading off to show. Liked cafe option in morning for quick breakfast Odd pillows, one hard latex other flat nothing pillows. No spare in room

Attended for conference, great fascilities, room large and lovely view of park Was a little distance to cafes and restaurants but found a lovely pub about 15 min walk away.

I was there for a conference which was onsite so the location was good The rooms felt old and tired. No streaming sites on tv. It feels ingeneous - tea and coffee not automatically topped up although when asked for it was given freely from friendly staff. I would not chooser to stay there for the price charged if the conference wasn’t there. Also, I didn’t get any All Accor points as I didn’t book direct and again decreases the value of

Beds are comfortable. Ok value. Shower pressure was good and hot. Service was nice. If i open the windows the kitchen exhaust below lets smoke into the room it should be plumbed to the very top roof level not below the windows. Lots of stains on the furniture. Veiw out the window was ugly and the fake grass had mold that should be fixed to be clean maybe tiles instead of nice land scaping with drainage something nice to look at. The indoor pool was smaller than expected with all the kids around its not big en5. Coffee down stairs for 2 x coffees cost $1750 why do that so you make me have to leave the building to not get ripped of these little things I dont like why can down the road do better prices and still nice coffee take care of your customers not little rips.

The staff were very lovely, friendly and respectful. The room was clean, comfortable and convenient, and the location was ok and ver for getting around. The swimming pool facilities were disappointing for a five-star hotel. There were no lockers, no lifeguard, and no facilities such as bags or hairdryers, which I would normally expect to be available at a five-star hotel. The breakfast was also below the standard I would expect from a five-star hotel, with limited variety and overall quality.
