ironing board broken. No fresh milk. I asked them for new iron board for room 5200 but this didnt happen. They didn't provide me with a receipt for my stay.

Everything from the service provided by the staff I interacted with to the food and ease of accessing a tram into the city. And I loved that there was no room deodoriser in the room! I can't say there was anything I didn't like during my stay.
