Great staff, beautiful room and fantastic location! We were obviously put in an interconnecting room and the sound proofing was terrible. We could hear rhe person next to as clear as day, heard every sigh and stir of her tea cup she did. And she would have heard us moving about too....not great at all.

Staff helpful. Friendly, especially valet guys. Location was excellent Room spacious, beds comfy Breakkie value for money Took over 1 hour to deliver bucket of ice and I had to chase up twice. 10mins told several times, when originally told will be there in 5mins

Great location, beautifully decorated, quiet The most uncomfortable bed ever. It was like a rock! I wouldn’t stay here again as the bed was really bad. The WiFi was also incredibly slow and at times only one elevator was operating, which made moving around the hotel very slow.
