Great location, great price, staff were lovely. Room was incredibly clean, though small, and we enjoyed our stay. Not soundproof at all- if you're a light sleeper, a pair of earplugs are a must. As of July '26, elevators are currently under repair, but if you're patient it's not a huge problem.

One lift was down so it caused a bit of foot traffic, but it wasn't too bad. I found the main light in the room to not be very bright. The bathroom was quite small, I didn't have enough room to put my make-up and toothbrushes down so I had to put them on a desk.

Good Location and nice staff The security Deposit charged has still not been reversed :(

Only one elevator was working so we opted to use the stairs due to waiting a long time to travel 2 floors

Nothing Hotel is very old and date. Room was exceptionally small looked like it hadn't changed since the 60's (Except the bathroom..90's). No mini bar, no bottled water. Watered down shampoos and washes, noisy aircon with dirty vents, bed on rollers that moved around and away from the wall. Light domes dirty and looked to have bugs in them. Air was stale, room had an old odor, bed poorly made with ill fitting sheets, dirty carpet. chipped walls. Overall, was more like a $50 a night fleabag hotel. Breakfast was poor, feed had no taste, bacon over cooked, scrambled eggs that tasted reconstituted. One lift not working.

Very poor lighting in room, quit dim

Staff immediately acted when I couldn’t work the television. Staff particularly helpful explaining as a paid Accor member in the future I should book thru Accor web. Staff apologetic a lift was down and gave chocolates S’ok

The location was great. The bed was uncomfortable, pillows were not good, the room had paint peeling walls and scratches on the wall/stains everywhere. This room needs a repaint and the bed needs a simple bed topper to make it comfortable, plus better pillows.

Great location Broken elevator. We were there for 4 nights and the room as serviced less than 24 hours before we left. It would've been better if the room had been done in the middle of our stay.

only issue was one of the 2 lifts not working, but this is mechanical failure and I understand these things happen!

They did not clean room everyday. They clean after you slept 3 night.

Was good

staff, breakfast, location bed really uncomfortable, air conditioner did not work properly and so loud could not keep it on could not get sleep with it on, springs poke through mattress, carpets need replacing all corners in hotel need vacuuming
