Location was perfect, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also the bathroom was spacious and modern. Just the walk from the elevator to the room, it had stairs.

I enjoyed my stay except the room faced onto little Collins St on the 2nd floor opposite a lane way. All night there were loud noises by garbage trucks, cars screeching and people standing on the lane way corner yelling and laughing. One night 3 fire trucks were blaring down the street (I know that can't be helped. 6 a.m this morning I was woken by a dog barking and whining. I just thought enough is enough. It's not a good place for rooms. The meals and breakfasts were great the staff were always lovely. Maybe some double glazing around that area might help the issue.

Room was clean, location excellent No interaction with staff, check in and out via kiosk. Room extremely noisy from sound of ventilation fans even with air conditioning turned off. No good for a light sleeper
