Close to city attractions, reasonable priced.Free happy hour drink a good idea. No complimentary bottled water, big water stain on ceiling, breakfast was not adequate, limited parking when checking in.

Brilliant little hotel in the heart of Melbourne, perfect for Theatre stay overs. Happy hour (free) drinks in the lobby bar 5pm-6pm is a wonderful way to start your night out, and chat to other guests. Modern rooms and fantastic staff. N/A

Wonderful location, and very comfortable rooms. Loved the happy hour and the vibe of the place, Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was the standout feature.. so close to the theatres and a myriad of wonderful dining choices. An easy walk to great shops and an easy walk to public transport. Will book again !!!! No real issues of concern.. Did not try any of the dining options offered so cannot comment and also did not need to use the hotel WIFI

Location is excellent. The happy hour 5-6pm is a great bonus. Clean hotel and front of house staff are great. Lots of restaurants around and very close to a number of theatres. The noise from outside is very loud. Revellers, rubbish trucks emptying bins, people putting bins out, either in the middle of the night or early morning is annoying, especially if you are a light sleeper.
