Great city location, big comfy bed, huge tub to relax in, and concierge were helpful. Coffee pods available for your morning coffee at no extra cost.

The pillows were too heavy soft and spongy, and ruined my sleep.

The room was perfect and the location was amazing. I was able to walk to everything I wanted to visit during my stay in Melbourne, which made getting around so easy and convenient. I would definitely stay here again, especially during the warmer months so I can make the most of the pool! The only downside was that I couldn’t quite figure out the heating and cooling system or adjust the room temperature, so the room was quite warm during my stay.

Friendly staff, great location! Inner city location!

Central to Melbourne Theatre District

The overall size was a little small but quite ok as I was alone. I did find that fact that there were no toiletry supplies a little strange. I had brought my own but was thinking that there would be some incase I needed them.

The staff were helpful. My room was spacious with everything I needed. Power point positions were not great. Need a powerpoint near the table for my laptop. Pillows were not to my liking.

We had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel was clean, modern, and in a perfect location, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Our room was wonderful. The restaurant staff were also very accommodating, and the room service was prompt, delicious, and reasonably priced. Nothing, we enjoyed it all.

Comfortable bed, great views, swim in the heated pool, great selection at breakfast.

STAFF AT CHECK-IN VERY OBLIGING - SUGGEST YOU PROVIDE A FEW MORE UMBRELLAS AS I EXPERIENCED HEAVY RAIN AND ALL HOTEL UMBRELLAS HAD BEEN ALLOCATED. Was in a conference group for the majority of the stay. Thought facilities provided were excellent.

Really great bed and comfy pillows, this was what I was most worried about so was glad about that. Loved the bath, I had a corner king room. Food was really good and the coffee was too – a big bonus! would be great to have an extractor fan in the bathroom and toilet for faster ventilation
-
High floor was worth the extra, and away from the lifts All OK thanks

First room was near the power plant, not sure whether that room should be used, very noisy. Staff were excellent & moved us when we let them know.

No in room coffee or tea
-
Great location for walking to Melbourne Central shopping, restaurants and site seeing a coffee shop which was open all day would be handy

located in heart of city. Easy to get to via public transport

Our room was wonderful and pre-check-in was a great feature that saved so much time when we arrived. The restaurant staff were super helpful and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had for a while - especially for pastry-lovers YUM The only let down for our stay was parking. The parking adjacent Rydges was very convenient and easy to get too, but the layout was confusing with cars all over the place. If you have a very small car there would’ve been some parking for you, but with a medium sized car there was not much to choose from when we arrived at 8pm on a Thursday evening. A helpful staff member that was leaving at the time pointed us to a park to parallel park into across two small car spaces which was a relief. If you check in is early - you’ll be fine. But be wary -there’s only two levels and no real turn around space. We also spent the day in the city and left our car in the underground car park until 5:30pm on day of checkout. Exit ticket would not work for us even though the reception staff said we would be fine to exit with it. The parking attendant at the speaker assisted us and we were able to leave, but it was the only thing that was mildly irritating. If you get there using public transport, you won’t have this issue.
