The location was excellent - close to the Melbourne Museum, Queen Victoria Market etc. The staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. Given the price we paid which included breakfast it was amazing value for money. Nothing really

Comfortable room, good location. Staff friendly and helpful. When booking, states that $100 deposit will be taken. However, should be noted that this MUST be taken using a physical card. If paying by digital card (tap) or cash, $300 will be taken.

Room is clean, location is near my conference and the bed is very comfortable even the price is cheap. None

The room and location were excellent. The staff at the reception were very polite. From the hotel you can easily reach any location in the CBD, because everything is in walking distance. The breakfast selection was repetitive throughout my stay, with the same items offered every day. For a hotel of this category, I would have expected greater variety. Additionally, the booking information stated that there is a swimming pool available. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the pool was closed for reconstruction during my visit. This information should have been clearly communicated at the time of booking.

The proximity of the hotel to Chinatown was a blessing with the food options available. I had a great time eating different foods: Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Vietnamese, pizzas ... All were excellent. The view from the balcony was not great... just an uninspiring alley between the buildings.

The balcony was a suprise, and nice to open in the evening and morning to let in some fresh air. The room was very clean I was impressed. The staff were also very nice. Although hard to manage, the entry to the accommodation was full of people vaping/smoking which was not welcoming.

Minor but we could have done with some hooks in the bathroom and a full length mirror. Bedside lighting wasn't good for reading.

The room was very clean, staff were friendly and there was always someone at the front desk. The location was really good.

Everything! The toilet is very close to the shower glass, which makes sitting on it slightly uncomfortable.
