Location, car park proximity, room size and optional doors between bathroom/kitchen to the bedroom. Decent size room. Great lighting for putting on makeup haha Street facing room - too loud and bright

This place is fantastic. It is in the perfect location, right near Parliament tram stop/railway station. There is an IGA supermarket about 20m away. Unlike many of the 'hotels' on this site, which are airbnb in disguise, this is an actual hotel with an actual reception desk. The guys at reception are so friendly and welcoming, I felt like nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were large, and although ok yes they were a bit dated, everything was clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was strong. There's a little kitchenette equipped with fridge, crockery and cutlery, and some basic cooking stuff, along with a small hotplate and kettle. My room (402) was also really quiet. It's the perfect place for a longer stay in Melbourne. Nothing, all was great

Very close to everything.

Very responsive staff and the ease of checking in after hours was a huge plus. It was very noisy and it needed a bit of a dust around edges etc but otherwise it was fairly clean/tidy.

O didn’t like it at all. Worst experience ever. It was very unclean and unfriendly. It was not what I expected, unclear and I couldn’t use the internet. The cable connect was not working, the wire was exposed. When I wanted the internet fixed the couldn’t do it. I got offered to sit at the reception area to have internet connection. There was cockroach in the bed. After four hours flight I want hot drink. Could get sugar. My was promised to have my room changed but was shown unclear room and it’s not worth of the price I paid. The balcony was wet and rusty. The door to balcony was door broken.

I think there Should be a option for the gust to use soap or shampoo. Because some gust dislike to wash themselves with the Shampoos.

Very central location, apartment was clean and good quality furnishings. Comfortable bed and block out blinds Safe didn’t work
-
Close to the Princess Theatre where we were seeing a show.
-
The location Old, heating didn’t work so they had small fan heater. The shower over the bath was dangerous and tiny and rug the glass door just hanging on.
