Having to pay parking
-
Clean, comfy, great location. Room was tiny, like there was barely space to lay out my suitcase. It was also overpriced for the size, but to be fair it was F1 weekend.
-
Good location There was not 24hour support
-
Clean and it’s location Check in protracted and lengthy. Twin share room too small air conditioner not changed over to allow heating option . Wardrobe was a towel rack with some clothes hangers . No iron or ironing board
-
The location was good, close to the tram and restaurants. The room was nice and clean.
-
No breakfast service even though advertised when booking was made no iron in room, no facilities in the building to do even ironing.
-
Location was good - close to restaurant, market, transport. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was nicely renovated, had everything you need for a short stay.

Nothing

The hotel is located very close to Victoria Market in a nice quiet street, no traffic noise at all. We overlooked the limitations of the reserved room, which was also equipped for disabled people. The room was very small 3x4 m and there was no space enough around the bed. The bathroom was very empty and not what you would expect. All to do with disabled people. One other issue was the noise from the room above, the upper floor was very noise when walking. From the window you could only see the next close wall.

Great location. Quiet environment. Room seemed a bit small compared to the huge bathroom.
-
Location was good but they didn't offer breakfast at the premises. The room was much smaller than it looked on the photos.
-
It was clean and comfortable. Just a room though, no amenities
-
quiet and comfortable and excellent position, walking distance to tram pubs resturants. Cant think of anything.
-
Always quiet and a great location with nice staff. The rooms are very small, but well laid out.
-
Good Location, near to trams, near to city, car parking was easy, room size was good. Overall good place for short duration stay.
-
The upper floor stepping sounds is annoying
-
The upper floor is not good insulation and may be not good floor condition. Very noisy from walking through ceiling.

Receptionist can hardly speak english

The location was amazing, just a 2 minute walk from the Victoria markets and a 10 minute walk to the heart of the city. Our view was incredible, we were fortunate enough to get a room directly facing the city. Value for money was definitely a positive. There's nothing notable to list as a negative, the overall experience was great.
