Issue when asking for ice in the morning during breakfast. They were always short on ice.

I liked the friendly staff, spacious room, 2 beds as I requested, good breakfast, clean, convenient The shower drain was not the best so water kept going everywhere. I had to turn the water off and push the water in.

Always diffiicult to get ice during breakfast. Staff would say the ice machine ran out of ice.

This place was in an awesome location bustling with activity and there was a Gelato Bar right next to the hotel. Overall - the room that we got was a quadruple room and as it indicates we did get enough beds to sleep 4 people but the room was tiny - understandable as it was in the middle of Madrid. We could walk everywhere and the train station was less than 5 minutes walk away! I loved the energy of the place. I would have a liked a little bit of room but that can be hard to come by in the middle of Madrid.

The room was comfy, it had an AC unit and a very spacious bathroom. The breakfast options were fine, not very broad but enough to fix a breakfast. The location was great, right in the center near everything you want to see for a short stay in Madrid. The building is old and it had a smell of dampness mixed with cigarrette (probably coming from other units, or people smoking on their windows). The bathroom didn't have a curtain which allowed guests from other rooms look into my bathroom if I had the window open.

It was just off Plaza Sol, close to all the major attractions. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was above and beyond great. The bathroom was excellent. We were on the interior and it received no outside light at all. The air conditioning was a little intense at times but opening the window would stop it. The rooms seem heavily scented.
