I had a great stay at this hostel. Even though I was there for only one night, I had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially Duda, who was so friendly and helpful. They really made me feel at home. The location is perfect, just a 2 minute walk from Sol metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the social atmosphere. The hostel offers free dinners, snacks, pub crawls, and other activities, which made it easy to meet other travelers. Watching the Spain versus Argentina match together was one of the highlights of my stay. The only downside was that the bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall experience.

Nicely located in the heart of Sol. Fresh at the checkin counter was amazing, he gave me the whole tour of the hostel. Nice place for socializing. They have events everyday which gives you chance to meet other travellers. It was clean and my bed was comfortable.

Walking Tour: Melissa's explanations were lively and interesting! Room: there are no bunk beds, so no climbing is required. Vibe: Onefam does an amazing job organizing activities

Amazing location! Friendly people at the location and helpful staff. They organize plenty of events and activities which is updated daily. There is plenty of room to hang out and meet new people, or if you need to work you have tables for that. It was very nice to see that they have received awards previous years for being the best hostel in Europe. Special thanks to Fresh, Duda, and Gabo for a smooth check in and answering any questions I had.

I was really impressed with OneFam Sungate. The staff was very friendly and professional. The facility was very clean and in an excellent location, within walking distance to the bus, train, dining, and shopping. They provided breakfast items and dinner at no extra charge. The staff had a schedule of activities for the week, in which they included every guest. They made an effort to create a fun, friendly, and familial environment, and in my opinion they succeeded. I stayed here 3 nights, and already have a future reservation. It was all wonderful.

I liked everything about this hostel! It was my first time travelling solo and first time in a hostel and i had the best time. They organise a lot of tours, dinners and clubs, people are young and sociable, it is very clean and they have quiet hours. I think this is an amazing hostel and i would from now on if i travel solo again always pick this one!

The staff were amazing, especially Gabo ??. Thanks for the great hospitality and making us feel welcome throughout mine stay. Everything was great overall. The only improvements i would suggest are a bit more attention to room cleanliness and larger lockable lockers in the rooms for suitcases. Other than that, an excellent stay

The staff was great. They were friendly and helpful. The location of the hostel is perfect, as it is right in the center. I loved the programme. Sightseeing in the morning. Dinner, drinking games, bar hopping or a club at night. They also do trips, but for that I would need to stay longer. Overall I got what I expected and met great new people. It is a perfect hostel for solo travel. My bed linen had a strange black stain on it and you have to have your own padlock to close your locker. You can buy it at the reception.
