ARTIEM Madrid Hotel

This is one of the coolest business models I’ve seen. In addition to providing clean, comfortable lodging, they go above and beyond for guests by providing a variety of healthy snacks, drinks and foods at no additional cost.

It was clean The AC wasn’t working so she came up and told us it was working if you stood by the window. Which is not where the bed is. Finally at 8am the next morning it cooled off slightly.

Impressive! The best property we stayed at during this Europe trip (Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon). Room was very spacious and clean, staffs were very friendly and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised about the free flowing soft and alcoholic beverages, snacks at the ground floor near reception area all day-night long. Definitely worth the nightly rate. Breakfast was also really good. Given it is situated at a very quiet area not easily accessible to public transportations such as bus and train so most convenient still is to take taxi. Still will be really happy to stay in this property again. Only the accessibility to public transportation such as bus and train.

Es la tercera vez que me alojo en este hotel con mi familia y, como siempre, la experiencia ha sido excelente. Todo ha estado perfecto: las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y muy agradables. El desayuno es muy bueno y además se agradece mucho disponer de un snack bar y bebidas gratuitas las 24 horas del día. El personal es excepcional, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Carlos, que está en el lobby. Es una persona muy cercana, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Sin duda, volveremos una vez más. ¡Muy recomendable!

The breakfast was varied and delicious. Having a gym, as well as a drink and snack station, definitely adds extra value. The hotel sits in a peaceful, secure, and clean neighborhood outside the city center. However, for tourists visiting Madrid without a vehicle, the location may prove challenging. Furthermore, access to the hotel parking is restricted to small cars—getting an SUV or even a mid-size car in will be difficult.

Resumindo: estadia fantástica! O hotel fica a 20 min do aeroporto, em um bairro tranquilo com muitos comércios próximos e transporte na porta (ônibus e metrô), embora fique a uns 40 min do centro. Quarto e banheiro são amplos, confortáveis, limpos e com ótimo chuveiro. Atendimento impecável com mimos e cartinha à mão no quarto. O destaque absoluto é o espaço do restaurante aberto oferecendo água, petiscos, cerveja e vinho como cortesia. Literalmente fazem o que podem para te oferecer uma excelente estadia. Algumas coisas que parecem pequenas, mas que fazem muita diferença. Decoração linda. Hotel e pessoal sensacionais!!! Além de GPTW são GPTS (Grate Place to Stay).

We stayed here twice on our recent trip to Spain and Artiem Madrid alone made me wish we had planned more time in the city. The staff, Carlos in particular, were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a most welcome surprise. The rooms were also clean and comfortable. Everything was absolutely perfect. Truthfully nothing. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but we knew that going in. There was a bus stop right outside the door and the metro is a short 10 minute walk away.

Its location, facilities and amenities

Good location. Close to transit and different shops. There are snacks and drinks through out the day and it breakfast is pretty good. Some of the staff were not particularly hospitable or helpful. It often felt like asking for assistance was a nuisance/bother to them. Even during check-in for the tour, the lady barely went over the hotel details or the amenities available to us, and she completely skipped mentioning the on-site gym. Very much felt like they couldn't be bother or even.

Modern, comfortable, wonderful stuff . Free cool snacks and drinks 24/7! Not so central. But perfect for a business trip. Quite.

Loved the check-in system until 3am because, honestly, we wouldn’t have been able to come otherwise! Location was perfect, next to the highway entrance and near the city center!! Nice there is a parking (although it was terribly difficult to park in there…) Happy to hear staff speaking French :) Parking was way not convenient at all…

If you're planning on visiting the madrid city centre, it was too far away. Also, I would have preferred a door between the sleeping area and the bathroom that fully closes as to have better sound isolation.

Incredible service, wonderful friendly front desk staff, lovely room The hotel is prominently and falsely advertising it provides air conditioning—be careful as they don’t enable this until it’s sometimes late April /May. My room was like a sauna at night, I couldn’t sleep. I don’t mind hotels not having AC, but I specifically filtered for it at booking as it was a heatwave—and therefore expected it. The staff were nice, but I was a bit unhappy when they told me I misunderstood the listing — when both the official hotel listing and booking.com listing was very clear, AC was mentioned multiple times, and never as a “AC/heating” spec. With thanks for Booking.com to honor the misleading advertisement. I hope the hotel fixes this mischaracterization.
