Excellent customer service
-
There was no toilet brush in the bathroom. The room was quite blank.
-
There were not enough towels provided for two people.
-
Way expensive for the value

Would not accept my cancellation - Very poor customer service

Very clean and friendly staff. The WiFi was not very good, sometimes my devices could not connect at all.

The host is very, very friendly and warm. Nothing they can do anything about, but the neighbours were a bit loud (I could hear the neighbour snoring)

Good location, between the airport and the city center, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel that can lead you to either way. Breakfast was okay, and the hotel staff was very friendly :) Towels were not changed and there were not small towels for each of us. This is not that bad as we only stayed there two nights. Also, charging the phone far from the bed was not very convenient for us but this is just a detail.

The staff was friendly and up to the expectations we had. The room was spacious enough. Awful amenities in general. The breakfast variety and the quality of foodstuffs were really unsatisfactory. In addition there were no: 1) Plain water available in the room 2) Regular plain water (not even talking about more) and no snacks in the lobby - we were really thirsty when we arrived 3) No welcome drink 4) No free wifi which is definitely expected in such class and location of a hotel in Europe these days 5) No designated smoking facilities 6) No exhaust in the room 7) No basic fridge or minibar in the room

Very basic hotel.

I liked the attention of the staff and their recommendations to move around. Also, there are some restaurants and supermarket nearby. The location is a bit far from the center, but the line 53 stops just in front the hotel. It takes about 40min to arrive Cibeles square.

Staff were excellent! Helped us out with every issue within their power. Couldn't rate them higher. The room facilities were solid and what you'd expect for the price point. Shower was very good for the price point. On-site vending machines were very reasonably priced compared to other hotels. cleanliness was excellent. Local busses and metro stations are very reliable and well connected The wifi was below what would be expected. It frequently disconnected, was often slow and needed re-booted several times during my stay. Not suited currently to a business clientele without some improvement. The breakfast was very reasonably price during the off-season and fair during the on-season (€6 and €10 respectively). The rest of the food available was ok, but very overpriced and could do with being reviewed.

I stayed at Travelodge Torrelaguna for two nights (March 10–12) during a work trip to Madrid, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The staff was exceptionally accommodating—especially Paola, who went above and beyond to help me navigate some last-minute changes to my check-in and check-out times. Her professionalism and kindness really made a difference. While the hotel is a bit far from the city center, the location worked out well for me. Just a short 3-block walk gets you to a direct and very affordable bus to the airport, which was incredibly convenient. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was reliable—everything I needed for a smooth work trip. I’d absolutely stay here again. +Great value, we really enjoyed our time here :) - the walls were a little thin, but that’s to be expected in this price range
