Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. The AC didn't work properly and room was quite warm.

Nice rooms. Upset that we were not notified of the pool closure via email or phone prior to arriving at Hotel. Having said this the management team was very accommodating in providing alternate arrangements and compensation for pool closure. Pool was closed due to private event and was not notified about it! The whole reason for our stay was to unwind for a couple of days in the pool after travelling through Spain for the past 2 weeks.

Close to the airport and a good rate otherwise there isn’t much I can say that is good about this hotel unfortunately The food was terrible, the swimming pool was unbelievably tiny and looked very unclean; the rooms were small and sweltering without air conditioning.

Great property, very clean and close to the airport. Going to downtown wasn’t difficult as bus stop is 2-3 mins walk and I have 2 kids. I chose the breakfast inclusive option and it was fabulous. The front desk was very helpful in guiding u, taxi booking etc. Nothing

At any moment the personal informed us about the restaurant options and we couldn't have lunch there. It was difficult to find where to eat given the location. There are not many close options If we had known about the time we could have taken other options

Location was good, as travel within Madrid on the metro is both cheap and easy and there are lots of metro stations within short walking distances. Overall a really pleasant place to stay. We chose not to use the breakfast facilities as we had a short stay and wanted to try different places in Madrid for our food. But again no criticism of the hotel. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful ! The pool is outdoor and it wasn't yet summer/warm enough to use but this was a very minor thing.
