Location in Retiro neighborhood, close to Sainz de Baranda metro station and a few blocks from Movistar Arena Madrid (Wizink Center). Breakfast of high quality and variety. Very clean. Strong internet signal. Bed quite comfortable. Our favorite hotel in Madrid along with Crowne Plaza Madrid, both hotels under IHG. Prices have increased over the years, but overall Madrid is more expensive now.

its a very good location for us but partly because near to family members although it is convenient for both bus and metro stations. Breakfast choices were good. Room well fitted out - tea, coffee etc. , even an iron and ironing board. Staff helpful. We did get an upgrade which include free use of all the drinks in the fridge which we appreciated. Plenty of bottled water supplied. We were initially allocated an already occupied room - but upgraded as already explained. Would have liked fresh milk for teas. Biscuits?? The cups at breakfast could have been larger - would have prevented having to return for refills!!

The breakfast was good! We enjoyed the variety of items to choose in the restaurant! It was adequate, the price was a little expensive for a person that does not eat much. But we enjoyed it! We liked the location because it was quieter than downtown! It was perfect for us! The room was very comfortable, clean and pleasant!! Thank you for everything! We shall be back! Everything was perfect!

very cute location. not in the crowded part of the city. really felt like we were in a neighborhood. perfect distance to el retiro park. we did not have hot water one night. we did not tell any staff about it, so no one could have fixed it.

Quiet location close to a subway station. Good size room with large shower stall (no bathtub!). Breakfast room is nicely appointed and food choices are plentiful. A bit far from the city center. Very little space to hang one's clothes in the tiny closet and no shelves.

The elevators too small for wheelchair. Our beds were 2 bed combined but it is still separate beds instead of single king bed.
