The staff was nice and the AC was amazing! Important in this heat! The rooms were extremely small and we had nothing : no microwave, no coffee machine, not even something to boil water. The twin beds must be for kids not adults. I almost fell and I’m not overweight.

Esta super cerca de atocha, muy limpio y fresco a pesar de ser verano. El aire acondicionado andaba bien El internet era PESIMO. Si hubiera sido un viaje por trabajo hubiera tenido problemas

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at Agumar Atocha; the hotel was very clean and the beds comfortable. The staff was nice and kind (they allowed me to borrow a kettle for a busy afternoon, when I had to work in my room, and I really appreciate this!).

Location, easy check in, room temperature, cleanliness, breakfast. Personalized attention. The city is working on the roads around, driving to the hotel needs going around.

Unfortunately, the hotel price on Booking.com was very expensive. When I arrived at the hotel, I found out it was almost half the price there. However, even though I booked with a cancellation option, I couldn't cancel because they charged a one-day fee.

Habitaciones grandes y cama muy cómoda. Buena locación para lo que necesitábamos. Las almohadas parecen ser buenas pero son muy duras y muy gordas, tres días con dolor de cuello después de dormir allí. Las habitaciones necesitan mejor aislamiento de sonido (o el personal de limpieza necesita ser más cuidadoso), ya que nos despertamos a golpes por la mañana.

The room and a hotel quite old and tired. Stains, scratches are everywhere, no toothbrush, water, sleepers or something in the room. Air conditioner is turning off when you leave a room, when you come it takes a lot of time to make it cold enough. I felt that the price doesn't meet the quality
