Comfortable for a family of 5

Loved the pool area and our wraparound balcony! Also a great location, surrounded by bars and restaurants and shops. Balcony chairs a bit uncomfortable. Had to use bed pillows.
-
The location was great. The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly.
-
Very good location, close to shops and restaurants, and a few options of metro lines. The room was clean and spacious. There was a rooftop bar, which was nice. The price is expensive.
-
there is no ventilation in the shower

Gym was too small. Needs more than 1 treadmill

Breakfast is really good, lots of choices. location is quit near lots of places. room size is not big enough. and no view just faced the other building window, not so many light come into the room.
-
I loved the location and room size. I could hear other guests in the other bedrooms, therefore I could not catch much sleep. The room temperature was 23 celsius, even though I had the thermostat set at 19.
-
Room was comfortable. The front desk staff especially Violeta and Jesus were very nice. Keys deactivated frequently.

Good value hotel with great location near Madrid's Goya and Salamanca neighborhoods. Rooms are clean and hotel is professionally managed. The room's furniture is business-like and can feel sombre and rigid. Extra lighting will make the room brighter and more vibrant.
-
Location The bed was very uncomfortable. It needs to be changed. No toiletries in the bathroom (lotion, shower cap, sewing kit, etc) or a ropes like in others hotels I’ve stayed in Madrid like Vincci Soma.

Check in process pretty smooth. The room was very comfortable, and complete. The location of the hotel is convenient, you are close to several restaurants and interesting parts of the city. Additionally, the bus stop from/to the airport is very close.
-
Location is great, staff friendly, the room is big and comfortable. The mattress feels realy old and coils could be felt under the sheets.

Great stay at Novotel, thanks to two outstanding staff members. The gentleman dressed as Santa Claus was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, giving excellent advice on places to visit. His English was very good, and he made the experience truly memorable. I’d also like to thank the staff member at the restaurant/bar (I didn’t take a note of the name) for his warm, professional service. Both are a real credit to the hotel. No major concerns. The breakfast buffet was very good, but the all-day and evening restaurant menu was quite limited. A bit more clarity around local transport or nearby attractions would also be helpful; overall, the stay was very good.
