Location is very convenient, close to the train station, also walkable to the city center, or taxi very inexpensive. Beds are comfortable, staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is very good, many choices. None

The property is in an excellent location in the front of the Atocha Terminal. All the facilities are awesome including the rooftop restaurant our waiter Denise was excellent. The room comfortable and well equipped. Highly recommended. The front street is under construction and the sidewalk is narrow in the front door. But is nothing that could possibly make us say something negative about the hotel.

Very central for easy travel to/from Atocha train station around the city and walkable distance to Retiro park for a shaded stroll to most Madrid attractions. Highly recommend and will stay again at a future time.

Beautiful and polished Hotel. Every detail was immaculate and the reception staff (Marco!) were wonderful. Lots of thoughtful details. Allowed us an early check-in and stored our bags after check out. Right next to the main metro station in Madrid, so it was extremely easy to get around. But the location also felt safe - which is typically a concern when you are located so close to major public transportation. So all around 10/10!

Next door to the Atocha train station, incredibly comfortable and clean, and very friendly staff Water would get on the floor very easily in the bathroom. Hallways got very warm during the summer (but the room AC was very nice)

Front desk personnel are friendly, competent, and helpful. The hotel location across the street from Atocha and near the museums is a plus. Street noise in outside facing rooms is excessive.

Nice big bathroom, comfortable beds, SUPER convenient location to Atocha station. Good restaurant at the top floor with nice view at sunset. The tiramisu there was very good. Also, the concierge gave me a recommendation to go to the garden restaurant at the Reina Sofia museum and that was very nice for a lunch

Everything! But the BEST was the awesome breakfast buffet. Super inclusive menu and the restaurant was on the rooftop. The employees were fenomenal, the rooms clean, and the hotel is perfectly located next to the main train Station Atocha. We arrived to Madrid by train from Barcelona and we had to walk 20 steps to the hotel, it was that simple! N/A

Great staff!!! Allowed me to use the gym before checkin as well. Had to change rooms because of a mal-functioning a/c and the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the bathroom were incorrectly labeled in my first room.

Rahat lokasyonu iyi , kahvaltıdaki malzemeler taze ve kaliteli. Ben çok çeşit sevmediğim için gayet yeterli idi. Sadece nescafe capsül yerine çekirdek öğüten kahve makineleri olmasını tercih ederdim. Oda temizliği biraz daha iyi olabilirdi

Super comfortable with great amenities. The food is excellent, and the location is perfect if you want to be next to Parque Retiro, and especially if you arrive on the train at the Atocha station. Friendly, helpful staff.

Excellent room with view the Station. Room design was interesting as it was to related to 1920's new york. I live and work in NYC as an Architect and hotel them was well done.
