Location Roof was leaking near the vent Bathroom shower and sink very low flow water trickling Reception Staff minimal help.

Everything was as expected. The air conditioning on the first night wasn’t working well for Summer - we reported to Jesus ant the front desk and he fixed the issue and the next days were fine.

The location was amazing! Close to all main attractions, and right in the middle of everything. The hotel was also clean and well-maintained. The beds were extremely extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows that we were given were as flat as could be. No comforters or provided, only itchy flannel blankets. Our AC only worked a third of the time which was frustrating.

Great location, near by shopping, dinning and key spots in walking distance. Staff super friendly and nice . Make us feel at home , gibing us great recommendations for tours and dinning. Not applied.

Location of the hotel was greate. The staff were helpfu The location of the room was not good. The window of the room was facing the emergency exit stairs. The room was also cold, which made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, there was no power outlet next to the bed, so it was not possible to charge the phone easily. This was another negative aspect.

The AC unit didn't work so the room was so humid, we called once to let the front desk now about not having AC in the room, she told us that they are working on it but never came back or follow us with us about our request. So our stay was very uncomfortable.

It would have been nice to have a small dresser in the room, but although the room was of medium size, I don't think there was much room for one. In general, the room was very good.

The location It was rather old. Reminded me of prison rooms. Order from bathroom, kind of mildew smell, and they chain the doors at night from the inside. Fire hazard!
