The location for our travels was excellent we didn't have problems using the metro and walking to every destination. I didn't like that the doors at the baths doesn't close with a lock.

Location Noisy, extremely noisy! Hot, you cannot sleep inside of the pod! The fan is so loud too

Someone was opening his or her cabinet over and over all night long, talking and I reached out to the staff over WhatsApp however nothing was resolved. The motion sensitive lights kept coming on every few minutes. I ended up not sleeping at all.

I have never stayed in a capsule hotel before. After this experience I will be choosing this option over hostels. Very quiet and secure.

I did not have the breakfast. Location was good. Location was close to train and many restaurants and place to site see. Some people came in late and were very noisy. Sink in bathroom was very tiny. Hard to wash up. Wish they gave directions on use of washing machine. There was no dryer so wondering where you hang or dry clothing.

Our low score is due to the mismanagement during a crisis event in the evening, where a drug affected young man was trying to break into the capsules. There are no staff on at night, and no 24/7 contact meaning we were all extremely vulnerable and had to contact the police who eventually removed the young man. The lack of accountability and safety procedures, and easy access to the building out of hours, is a disaster waiting to happen. Urban Inn also took absolutely no responsibility for the incident and did not apologies or provide an explanation or resolution to patrons.

the price is the only redeeming quality All facilities felt gross, over crowded, uncomfortable. THE LOCKS ON THE DOORS DONT WORK AND MAKE A LOUD NOISE ALL THE TIME

Expensive and very loudly lock system. You cannot sleep in the morning when other guests are locking own capsule. Someone’s talked with phone and each other. I wrote responsible person but didn’t Change.

Location only Uncomfortable we were on top location and I don’t know that beforehand you need to request if you want to be on lower location it’s like the cabinet you were inside cabinet very small up and down what’s good in that i will not comeback here again it’s not cheap by the way

It was very well located, all was as shown in the pics and it was my first time in hostel so was good and fair for the price Sometimes during the morning since everyone woke up there was bit of noise but as expected everyone is getting ready to go out but it was ok

Would appreciate if towel was included and if there was a lock on the capsule or storage.
