I had to book this hotel last minute since owner of my other apartment booking didn't show up. The staff was nice and friendly, having a good play to stay was reassuring, it was cheaper than my previous accomodation and standard was way higher. It was really calm and nice and it made my stay so much better despite the stress from the different place.

A very good hotel that delivers exactly what it promises online, which is always appreciated. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean, as are the bathrooms. The elevators are fast and efficient, the parking is convenient, and everything feels well organised and properly maintained. Breakfast was excellent, with a very good selection and quality, but the highlight was the staff. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. Overall, we had a very pleasant and hassle-free stay. Good facilities, excellent service and no unpleasant surprises. I would happily stay at Elba Madrid Alcalá again. Nothing to say. All good.

About 40min to the centre my metro. 15min to the airport. Nice neighbooh with anything you need

The hotel is in a good location for a 1 night stay, with many dining options, and also next to some metro and bus stops that carry you to the city center. Staff is kind and professional, and the parking service (16€/day) is useful. We paid for a "family room", but it really was a double room with an extra bed; also, the bathroom felt a bit dated and could have been cleaner.

This is a great hotel which is not too far by car from Madrid airport. The location was pleasant and the hotel facilities, incuding a gym, were great. The standard of the room was high. We especially enjoyed the generous breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants and a couple of supoermarkets close to the hotel, and the closest metro is 5 minutes walk. Nothing.
