No restaurant or bar, not enough seats by the pool, the beds were very uncomfortable.

You couldn't pour yourself some tea/coffee during breakfast; you had to ask the waiter.

Lack of outlets and room configuration

The staff was overly friendly and helped us to find restaurants and get to the metro. Good value for the space

Beautiful hotel, made our stay so comfortable, staff was amazing!! After we had to arrive really early, they stored our luggage, and was able to get us checked in early. Will definitely return next time in Madrid! Honestly, nothing

Room was big, had working desk, coffe desk, coffe machine and microwave available (even though Nespreso coffee capsules in room were 1.6 EUR per pcs). Personnel was very helpful and very positive. Breakfast was good, but would prefer more variety of vegetables (nothing except minced tomatoes). Overall feeling of the room is that it is "tired". Need refurbishment. Not the cleanest one not in terms of recurring cleaning, but some old stains on furniture, not cleaned windows, no carpets in the room and no slippers provided.

Staff was great! Breakfast was poor. We chose not to partake and went to a nearby cafe/bar with a great breakfast. Nickel and dime on the coffee. We were charged for each coffee we made in the room, Nexpresso.

Needs some maintenance. Lamps looked like they were going to fall at any minute!

Easy to find -room clean and comfortable There is some construction happening next to the building, and it was a bit loud very early in the morning. This is not the hotel’s fault, but something to consider if you’re staying and needing rest.
