It’s all perfect except for the location you have to commute to everywhere but overall great

For almost $300 a night, this was likely the most over priced hotel we have ever stayed in. There is nothing in the area except for construction sites and industrial companies. Maybe their clients are on business travel. We stayed here to attend a concert about 1 1/2 miles away. If there is a next time, we would have paid extra for the taxi to take us to a hotel in a better location. Location, no restaurants, antiquated check in, just nothing to justified the cost of the room.

Location was super convenient. Super close to the metro and EMT bus stops. The staff was friendly and helpful with everything we needed.

we were looking for a place next to metropolitano for a concert and it was great. had everything we needed, checking in and out was easy and the staff was nice.

Outside of the city but overall good value. Close to Metropolitano and the airport. Easy access to subway.

Appt/Studio was exactly as described in terms of features, facilities & cleanliness. Host was very helpful and friendly. Excellent location, a few metro stations away from Madrid's historic centre and 15 mins away from the airport. Thank you for making our stay extremely pleasant! N/A

The layout of the room and bathroom was quite good, and included a small desk and enough space for luggage, a laptop and toiletries. The room was modern, very clean and well lit, with bedside and overhead lighting. Lots of place to hang and store clothing. Beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. Housekeeping services were excellent and we liked that the metro station and several restaurants were only a 5 minute walk. Some coat hooks in the rooms would be appreciated. The breakfast buffet was good, but the weekend service was inadequate, resulting in long waits for many food stations to be refilled.

Breakfast is limited, but fresh and totally okay for a couple of days. The breakfast zone is a bit cold during wintertime because it's across the entry door. My room was close to the lift and staircase, therefore a bit noisy, but manageable.

Room is spacious, bathroom is clean and nice shower. Located just 10 min to the IFEMA and enough options to eat around We wanted to extend one more day but Unfortunatelly the rate was almost double.
