Very nice room, staff was great.
-
Friendly and kind staff Location was a little out of the way. Rooms were okay, but small.
-
Beautifully furnished, very convenient storage No major issues
-
New hotel, spotless clean, easy to find, friendly staff. Great restaurants and bars around, walking distance to Atocha train station. In 5 to 6 min you can Uber to Plaza Mayor.

The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet part of Madrid, still close to metro stations. By metro is only 3 stops to Sol. The hotel looks fresh, with a nice timeless styling, clean rooms and very friendly staff. The breakfast was tasteful and complete, and on top it all (literally) you could relax on the rooftop terrace. I can’t really think of anything, but a water cooker with some instant coffee and tea in your own room would be a nice addition.

Very friendly and accommodative staff, clean facilities, convenient location near the train station

Nothing really.
-
The location. Be careful not to stay in this hotel as they charge credit cards for customers after they check out. Absolute cheating hotel staff to steel money from the customers after they leave. They charge credit cards by non sense charges to take money illegally. Be careful.

Great location, very clean and friendly staff

Very clean was a little small we had big suitcases little room for them. Not there very long only one night

The location was good, especially if arriving by train. The rooms were quite small. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful They had a coffee and tea machine that they had available throughout the day but when I went to get a cup during the breakfast time it became an issue where it was not available to guests unless you paid for the 1/2 board. I thought that was strange since I had been having coffee throughout my stay

Welcoming, clean, friendly and informative reception.

Very good location, near the train station, can walk to several important museum. It is also close to metro stations. The room size is good, very clean. No laundry, no iron board (have to ask staff). Also only one chair and no small tower as American hotels usually have. The blanket is a little bit thick, we have to turn lower temperature with blanket to sleep.
-
Convenient to the train station and metro stations. I like boutique hotels, and the staff were excellent! So was the breakfast that was provided. I also like that it was so quiet! I have no complaints.
-
Cozy. The staff is really nice The room was clean but there were some small details

Typical breakfast buffet I had to cancel my second night because of the delayed trains running between Madrid and Barcelona. The very nice person at the desk said she'd ask if I could get a discount on the cancelled night (it was less than 48 but more than 24 hours in advance). Apparently the manager said no because I was charged full price for both nights. I understand, as it was according to their policy, but I think a discount would have been a polite gesture, considering the decision was out of my control and I informed them as soon as I arrived.

Lovely, clean, quiet hotel with helpful staff in a neighborhood just a few blocks from the train station, the big art museums - Prado, Reina Sophia, Thyssen-Bornemisza - and lots of good restaurants. Everything was great.

Friendly staff, clean and warm, with a lovely bathroom and a hot shower after a long day of travel.
