No room clean for 3 days

Excellent near airport hotel. Room was so spacious you could spread out your stuff and reorganize before leaving next day. Free shuttle 24 hours. Free breakfast. Nice pool. No complaints. Oh yeah and Wally the robot delivered our coffee filter thing to us. Antonio’s Pizza place was also excellent. Great drinks, food and service!! Plus Starbucks and Jersey Mikes all together I mean convenient.

Breakfast and shuttle were fantastic.

Overall, it was a good property. Everything was clean. The gym could use a few more useful pieces of equipment. The parking is a bit pricey ($50 something plus tax). I was worried at first because I needed a good night sleep and I saw lots of young people ready to party, but it turned out well. Breakfast on the weekends starts at 7 which is a bit late, compared to 5:30 weekdays.

What was a negative was paying for one night stay and have to pay $59 for overnight parking. No option to public parking. This should be disclosed or included in price.

The AC wasnt working well and the halls were so hot. But the staff was prompt in working on it

It is very unethical that I am being charged after 3 weeks.

The airconditioning did not work so we had to sleep 3 days in the same room in 83F because they were fully booked. We obviously had 3 very hot nights with not much sleep.

Staff lazy to help and they are selfish

Pool was also good, relatively warm and with towels provided next to it. Airport shuttle was very useful, runs 24/7, allowed us to get to the hotel late (midnight) and back to the airport early (5am).

It was overall pretty gross. Rooms are literally falling apart. Door handles falling off, gross smell in room... breakfast pretty gross too.. very disappointing for a Marriot. Definitely not 4 star hotel ,, more like 1 or 2 star.

This is a great place to stay with the family. The kitchen space was great! We brought food to feed our little ones and the kitchen had enough pots and pans to cook on. The front desk was very helpful and my little ones enjoyed the pool at nighttime.

Before booking different price but some hidden charges which not revealed but during check in time when you have no option they do whatever they wants. The parking is not in a safe place
