Hyatt House LAX/Century Blvd

Gym was amazing, room was amazing - we have stayed there a lot of times. Very few tables to accommodate all the guests at breakfast, creating long lines. We have not been there during the summer before and it had been fine. It was a bit challenging this time, without spoiling anything though.

A touch of class and historic charm. Staff are amazing and made the stay memorable. Special compliments to Mandy at the pool bar and Tyler at the lobby bar. You are both fantastic people and a credit to JDV Barnett. Didn’t stay long enough!

Our family of five had the best time ever at the Hyatt House LAX!! The property and rooms are so clean and spacious and feel like home. The staff are lovely. The breakfast is great! Elevators work wonderfully!! Just a fantastic stay at such a great clean property. And the rooftop pool was such an added bonus!

Great stay, everything was nice and clean especially the room and I enjoyed the free breakfast.

Location and dining. Great staff. In room lighting - just a bedside lamp for a room that size is not helpful when dealing with packing.

One of the better free breakfasts I have had at hotel. Very nice and everything was spacious and clean.

The staff seems bothered to be of help to anyone, While I was there a person fell and hit their head and everyone seemed more annoyed of having to deal with the issue than concerned of the person who was hurt. I booked ahead of time and asked for hypoallergenic pillows and requested early check in and made it to my room at 4:15 which is 15 minutes past check in to find out my pillows still were not switched out. I placed a request with the terrible AI automated system and waited 1 hour before flagging down a housekeeper and asked her directly for foam pillows and was finally able to get them at 6. I missed out on 2 planned events and treated as a bother rather than a guest. On my second day there was a lady who helped me and actually tried to help me and made me feel heard. I didn’t get her name but she was the only female working the front desk at 11pm. This experience really left a bad taste for Hyatt in my mouth.

Very close to the airport, rental car and well large comfortable rooms

However, the staff were not very helpful and the customer service could definitely be improved. We also had an issue with the TV in the living room. We waited more than 30 to 40 minutes for someone to come and check it, and we thought the issue had been fixed, but unfortunately, there was still no sound. It was quite frustrating, and we decided not to call again since it was already around 9:30 PM. Overall, the hotel itself was lovely, but the lack of customer service and the unresolved TV issue were disappointing.

Our stay was incredible.

Microwave and fridge. Quiet. Free breakfast and wifi. Parking is expensive though.
