Overpriced parking

It was a surprise when I checked out!

We are repeat customers and have chosen this hotel every time we are in the SoCal area. Location near LMU and the airport is convenient. Breakfast buffet is a big positive and our room has always been consistently large, clean and well laid out. Parking is convenient and and while not cheap is worth the price. My only concern is that one front desk staff was just going through the motions and as a long-time marketing manager notice that it doesn’t take much effort to the courteous and friendly. We will still patronize this hotel as it seems like this staff member’s attitude is an aberration compared to prior experience.

appear to be almost falling off. Afraid to open up the door. It might fall off.Safe is located way too low ...hard to get to it . Finally the compressor on A/C needs work...very loud as it throttles up every few minutes...tough to sleep this was Room 233. But overall bed was wonderful to sleep on...room and suite was super spacious.

The room was clean and very comfortable bed. Great breakfast before leaving to the airport.

The location is very covenient

The breakfast is not what it used to be. It was one one the main reasons why I chose the embassy. I won't be returning.

Location I used to stay at embassy suites a lot. But now, they're breakfast has changed.They don't offer as many options as they used to. Also the beds are hard. Not to mention its $70 a night just to freaking park!

One of the staff members was extremely helpful The rooms were not ready, and then we were turned around, even after proving the receipt. Parking was a little more expensive than the others.

The staff at "Reception" were the only ones that I did not feel comfortable with. There was one woman who did not even look up at us. Being a former customer service supervisor, I completely understand the importance of "eye contact" with at least a smile. The location is ideal, our room was spotless and the breakfast very nice. The staff that we encountered needs Customer Service training.

Property is clean, but front desk staff are not helpful or friendly.

This property is beautiful. I liked the live plants that were everywhere. The children were having a good time at the pool. The breakfast food was delicious. The workers kept the breakfast area clean.
