They place was not cleaned properly and staff didn't help with luggage

The Hotel was quite nice, very clean and the staff was very accommodating. Very thorough breakfast options. The location was excellent, within a half mile of several places we had planned to see. There was a very nice pub a few blocks away. An unfortunate, false fire alarm at 7 AM while I was in the shower.

Nothing Extremely rude staff and management. They told me it was wheelchair accessible, but their accessible entrance was a five minute walk from the main entrance, with no buzzer, a very steep staircase with a tiny lift and a dangerous angle that didn’t allow my scooter to fit. Then they got mad at me and told me I wouldn’t get a refund because I didn’t give them the measurements of my Scooter in advance.

Breakfast was not as hot as it could have been
-
Closeness and walkable to main attractions. Clean Staff was helpful Our toilet was running over the course of a whole day and into another another and we couldn’t flush which meant couldn’t use the bathroom and we had to ask 3 times before someone actually fixed it.

The breakfast is the exactly same every day.

The hotel is very close to the heart of London, yet it's located in a quiet area away from the noise. Vincent Square, right in front of the hotel, gives the place a peaceful and spacious feel—and if you're lucky, you might even spot foxes wandering around there at night. After a long day of sightseeing, the tables at the hotel entrance are a great place to sit and relax. If you're visiting London as a tourist, you can comfortably reach most of the major attractions within a 20–30 minute walk. The nearest Underground station and bus stops are only a 5–10 minute walk away. There's also a Sainsbury's and a Pret A Manger nearby, which is very convenient. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were also able to leave our luggage free of charge after checking out. Since we didn't have breakfast or any meals at the hotel, I can't comment on the food. The rooms were modern, spacious enough, and clean. When we asked for extra towels, they were already waiting in our room by the time we returned in the evening. The air conditioning was a little noisy, but since the windows can be opened, it wasn't really a problem. On the morning of our check-in day, I received a message from the hotel saying that my credit card had been declined. The message explained that if they couldn't process the payment, the reservation would be canceled at 12:00 PM, but that I could also complete the payment through their own payment page. I replied that my credit card was working and added a second card to my Booking.com reservation. After our exchange, they were able to successfully pre-authorize the original card that had initially been declined. Just a minor inconvenience.

Near a park in a quiet neighborhood Traveling with my 84 year old father. Booked him a single room, which required 26 steps and a different wing of the building. None of this was stated in advance. Staff and manager refused to accommodate him in a different room that didn’t require steps without a significant upgrades room fee, despite them having rooms available. I was shocked. He spent 3 days at the hotel hobbling up and down stairs with his cane just to get to his room.

The location is excellent. It is set back in a posh neighborhood. Friendly staff, if you arrive early, they will store your luggage. It is within easy walking distance to St. James park, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and the Eye. Very clean property. The onsite restaurant was excellent with reasonable prices.

After 9:50 pm you could not get anything to eat except for a cold ham and cheese panini. So if you are a midnight snacker it is not a good choice.

Great location, service was great, staff were nice and room was great as well. N/A

The nicest, most accommodating staff I’ve ever encountered.

The bathtub was a bit awkward to get in and out of. It was a sliding door with the opening right under the shower head. It was a slow quite the step down with nothing to hold on to. Im short, so the height of the tub was an issue for me, but my husband who taller, had no issues. It did get really hot in the room and despite the room having air con it didnt help much. These are all super minor things that did not have any lasting impact on my stay, just things to be aware of.

Very rigid on check in time.

This is our second stay here and the twin single suite is spacious and incredibly comfortable. The view across st Vincent’s square is lovely. The best nights sleep here and a really quiet and peaceful place that is so close to everything. The staff are wonderful and if you want anything they are there to help. Fabulous place!

Couldn’t fault a thing. Great facilities, comfortable beds, incredibly clean and in a quiet but very central spot. Very friendly staff too.

The staff was amazing. The hotel is quite nice although the rooms are a bit small, however I do understand it was London. Ten minute walk to Underground Stations and two-three minutes from bus, The location is extremely quiet which was a nice break from the rest of London. Bed so close to bathroom.

Misleading Room Photos, AC Not Working & Poor Management ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. Be careful when booking this hotel because the room pictures do not accurately represent what you may actually receive. I booked my room based on the photos shown in the listing, especially because the room looked larger and had a sofa. However, upon arrival, I was given a completely different and much smaller room without the features shown in the pictures. When I raised the issue, I was told that the photos are used for “marketing purposes,” which felt very misleading. Basically, what you see online is not necessarily what you will get. The AC also did not seem to be working properly, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. I spoke with the Duty Manager hoping they would resolve the issue or offer an alternative, but nothing was done. I was simply told the room shown in the pictures was unavailable. No real solution, no flexibility, and no proper accountability. On top of that, the hotel has a strict 11:00 AM checkout and they would not extend it unless I paid extra. Overall, misleading photos, uncomfortable room, AC issues, poor customer service, and inflexible management. My advice: do not trust the pictures and consider staying somewhere else. Staff is very helpful, and polite. Even though the hotel has access with the for the Handicaped, and staff is helping, I recommend that they should have direct access for the Handicaped people with no help.

Staff, room. Restaurants Could have used some washcloths. Instead of just hand towels
