Room was good Welcoming and security protocols at night

Towers are not clean. Ceiling of hotel lobby is leaking.

Excellent location within walking distance of Victoria Station, making it very convenient for getting around London. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Very little to dislike. The lobby & breakfast area could get busy during peak hours, but the staff managed it efficiently.

Check in was 1 hour later than promised. Church in time was at 3pm. Though we arrived early and requested early check in, we were told rooms were getting serviced but would likely still get a room earlier than 3 and that we would be contacted. At 3pm, room was still not ready with no explanation. We were offered a complimentary drink which we did not receive and were asked to wait. At 4pm staff was still surprised we hadn't gotten a room, again no explanation. As a thank you for our time we received a free breakfast which the next day when we tried to use the staff had no knowledge or proof of so a manager had to come. One of our children had an accident needing new bedding for the bed. Requested said bedding 24 hours prior to actually getting them despite speaking to guest services and housekeeping directly.

Breakfast was not included, we were told breakfast is included! Room was not clean for the money we paid.

Stuff

Очень хорошее расположение, в пределах 20 минут пешком множество достопримечательностей. До отеля удобно добраться от аэропорта на поезде - вокзал в 5 минутах. В номере не работал кондиционер, в жаркую погоду очень некомфортно. Иногда бывают очереди на завтрак.

Cleaning once in three days (although they warned us about in advance)

Reception staff inexperienced and unhelpful. Wait for room was exceptionally long-way after check in time which is not acceptable. Very limited food service after restaurant closed

Good location and spacious room. The staff are quite professional and nice, especially the 2 young guys and 1 girl in the Italian restaurant, who are quite friendly and talk to all guests, which make us feel like at home.

some renos had poor design and the smart tech had tv and ac turning off even when we were inside the room. main gripe is the ac doesn't seem to cool. it starts at 23 deg and needs 6 hours to cool to 22 degrees.

Nothing

It’s perfect. Huge room, a closet with shelves, iron, refrigerator, safe, really everything you could think of. Even small but important things like the dark shades close to the end. Bottles of water every day. Just perfect. Nothing. Just perfect.

Breakfast was nice - a little busy - buffet type deal. A touch expensive but typical enough for hotels

Small rooms but it’s London so I guess can’t except very big rooms. Bed was not comfortable. The room lighting was a big negative for me. Very dim lights .

The staff, all were very helpful. Short walk to the tube.

This hotel is excellent lovely rooms, an incredible staff that is friendly and assisted me with everything. The room was spacious and robe and slippers were a great touch!! You had to turn the sauna on 30 min ahead but didn’t realize it until I went to use it after my workout

The location is excellent, but the room is quite dated, with worn carpets. I understand that air conditioning may not be possible due to the building, but the lack of a refrigerator was also inconvenient. The room was not very clean, either. There was a plastic bottle left by a previous guest in the corner, and dust was hanging from the ceiling.

I liked everything. The staff was very nice and welcoming. There is a lot of places you can eat in the area but the restaurant in the hotel was very good. The bar employees were so nice. Was very clean and modern. I totally recommend this hotel. I would stay again. I liked everything
