Location, cute design of rooms Very noisy. They can’t help it as they can’t change walls cause of policy but I could hear the neighbors using water, shower, toilet, walking, stairs

Peter was an absolute doll. He made the check-in process seamless and warm. He was so kind and helpful. The rooms were eclectic and fun, with little touches that gave it character. There was a nice personal note upon arrival as well as free drinks and a delicious cucumber sandwich. The location was perfect and a short walk to Kings Cross making it super easy to hop on the train to the airport. The bathroom leaves something to be desired. The shower took several minutes to heat up to what I would describe as lukewarm. The sink was clogged and needed to be manipulated in order to get the water flowing and produced a not so pleasant smell.

Schönes Zimmer nahe am St. Pancras Bahnhof - perfekte Anbindung zu Zug, U-Bahn, Bus etc . Klein aber sehr gemütlich. Unglaublich sauber. Direkt an einem kleinen Park gelegen. Sehr ruhig. Bei Ankunft eine Überrraschung: Sandwiches und ein Glas Himbeerkonfitüre - super lecker. Alles da, was man braucht: Mikrowelle.

There was little to like because the room they offered me was uninhabitable and not up to standard. I have never left a bad review to this day and I travel a lot for work. Avoid this hotel like the plague. The room was not habitable. It sat at around 30°C when it was 20°C outside. No natural ventilation possible. Staff came up, saw it for themselves, agreed the temperature was unacceptable, admitted there was no other room, and handed me a second fan to push the same hot air around. That was their entire solution. I gave up and paid for another hotel 30 minutes away. For £170 a night, this property provided a room it knew could not be slept in, then offered nothing when the guest could not sleep in it. After, they stopped responding. They never responded to Booking.com Customer Service. Avoid.

Great location Beware of “switch and bait” I reserved a queen room and ended up in the basement in a tiny dungeon. They seem to have three properties and may overbook themselves. Even though I had three more days, I chose a different hotel in the area because of that

The staff was lovely, and they added a lot of little touches to the room to make me feel welcome. Unfortunately, the room I was assigned was on the first floor, on the street, right next to the entry door. When I arrived at the hotel, it was about 8pm. The park across the street had a number of homeless people loitering about. There were no bars on the windows which faced the park and street. Every time the door opened and closed, it was with a huge bang which made me jump in my bed. The WiFi, of which there were many strange options with long and complicated passwords, was inconsistent at best. The staff attempted to connect me to another WiFi but I was continually disconnected from that as well. Lastly, the smell in the bathroom was unbearable to the point that I brushed my teeth in the room with bottled water in order to avoid going inside. I asked to be moved to a different room upon arrival and was told they were fully booked. When I left on the morning, I sent a polite message asking them to go into the bathroom themselves - and then to consider giving me a refund once they understood how terrible it was. I have not yet received even a reply.

Location and helpfulness of the staff. Also very clean!

New and fresh rooms Why would you claim that room has AC when it doesn’t??? Just a terrible lie during summertime heatwave. Also in front of the hotel is a small park full of drug addicts laying there all day, so when you open the window it constantly smells weed…

The location of the Rokxy was excellent—just a few metres' walk from King's Cross Station. The gentleman at reception showed us to our room and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room itself was lovely, spotlessly clean, and well equipped, with a beautiful bathroom, a comfortable bed, a kettle, coffee machine, fridge, and microwave. Having a fridge in the room was a real bonus, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heatwave. When we arrived, the hotel had left us bottled water and snacks in the fridge, which was a lovely touch. They had also kindly left us a jar of jam that I would have loved to bring home, but unfortunately I was travelling with hand luggage only, so I couldn't take it through airport security. It was such a thoughtful gesture. To top it off, there was even a pot of tea waiting for us in the morning, which was a wonderful surprise. I'm not sure if these extra touches were because we booked a queen room, but whatever the reason, they made our stay feel really special. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable!

Personal touch and services. Location was ideal.

Staff were excellent couldn't have been more helpful and the room was really clean - perfect location to explore London Pillows were a bit high - minor issue though

Location was great, staff were amazing, apartment was everything we needed it to be :)

According to the information on booking.com, the apartment was supposed to be soundproofed but was very responsive. It was possible to hear people on the street outside talking. According to the information, the apartment was supposed to have a dining table, but there was no such thing. The kitchen was equipped with a stove with oven and dishwasher but lacked kitchen equipment except for three wooden spoons. This is even though kitchen equipment should be available according to the information on Booking.com The cleaning was substandard with dust and rubbish from previous tenants on the floor.

The room was optimized for space. Focused on little touches (though they were unnecessary) and not on the basics Too many steps, and they were treacherous I didn't need the cucumber sandwich - was kind of gross sitting out The bathroom I kept tripping going into it No a/c No plug adaptor for US or EU Poor wireless connection

The location to the train was close. The check in was great and the staff were very accommodating. The free breakfast at the door, the gift upon arrival and the sandwich left in the room was a nice touch. They were also very responsive on WhatsApp before check in and during my stay The bathroom shower was very small. We could have used a second fan since it was so hot.

Perfect location just two minutes away from Kings Cross Station. The staff were absolutely wonderful and very helpful throughout the stay. The tea and biscuits in the morning were a lovely touch too. We loved the comfortable mattresses and the pillows too! The shower only has a rain shower, with no detachable shower head. Unfortunately there were no shower caps available at the hotel. It would be a nice gesture to have some available for guests who do not wish to wet their hair, and also maybe have shampoo and conditioner available apart from body wash. Also, just be aware that there are multiple properties owned by Rokxy in the same square. The main reception is in Townhouse no. 39. We thankfully met the handyman who guided us, otherwise we wouldn’t have known.

There was no air conditioning and a tiny window, safe to say it was extremely hot and an uncomfortable sleeping experience.
