The room was small but for the price it was a very fair deal. The staff was great. The shared bathroom was clean and the maid staff was helpful. The room only had one plug outlet. Also no elevator. The bathroom was not in the room but was fine considering the cost of the room.

Location was excellent so close to train, restaurants and shops. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Key handover and collection process. We were only asked for our name once out of maybe 6 key retrievals. Noise from underground on lowest floor.

Property itself is lovely and great location. Had a water pump in reception with still and sparkling water. The reception area is quirky and you can leave your luggage for the day without extra charge but they weren’t in a secure room just in reception so just be aware not to leave anything valuable. There’s a little park outside the hotel you can chill and it had its beautiful architecture buildings down that room. Room wasn’t as expected. Was on the ground floor near the downstairs toilet and room was so small and stuffy. Went during the heat wave and only had 1 small fan that blow hot air around the room and only had 1 tiny window to open but over looked the postal room. Just felt boxy and the tv was tiny with only Chanel’s 1-20. Felt like its was the 2000. Think updating their technology would be option for a more relaxing feeling after a buzy day in London.
