The location No complaints

It was very close to Paddington Station and it was convenient for access near by locations The room was too small, No Air conditioner, they had tiny fan I had to ask for another fan, it was so hot inside the room at 33” Celsius. The water in Non potable, The bathroom was smaller than the size of a closet I could barely sit in the toilet without having to touch the sink, the beds were too small and you could barely get around the beds no place for your luggage. The place was getting painted so it smelled weird, we left after the third night we were supposed to stay 5 nights but it was so uncomfortable and unbearable, the staff was nice but the room was the worst I have ever stayed in, Never coming back here again and I don’t recommend it! Terrible Stay!

Location-very convenient from train station and McDonald’s around the corner Everything else — tiny room and bathroom where we were tripping over each other & luggages; there was a heatwave and no AC, stairs to room; unfriendly staff member (female was fine); paying for location

The location of the hotel was very convenient to both mass transit (train and bus) as well as a good amount of restaurants. There was also a nice park right across the street that helped balance out the large # of buildings in the area. We also appreciated the front desk's willingness to hold our luggage after we checked out until our train departed later that afternoon. Finally, the breakfast was delicious! I think this hotel is best suited for traveling parties of no more than two; the room got very small when adding that third bed in, and there was little room left to spread out. It was also a bit expensive compared to what I am used to paying for hotels with rooms of that size.

No air conditioning so the room was boiling hot and stuffy. The fan did nothing to help. Our room was next to the hotels linen store so constant noise and chatter from staff who were working. Also lots of noise from outside and from other guests rooms.

Location Short curtains Uncomfortable bed

Very close to the tube No elevator & unfriendly staff ! . Least hospitable people ( especially those on the front desk ) in a hospitality business . We had to drag our suitcases 3 flights of stairs up and down and did it twice cause we entered the wrong hallway the first time . Don’t even complain about it to the front desk . No sympathy or offer of help whatsoever , even blamed us for booking on the 2nd floor cause we thought it would only be 1 flight of stairs instead of 3 . We could have fallen dragging our suitcases up and down and they wouldn’t have cared . Not recommended especially for seniors .

Odd stairways.

Good location, great breakfast.

The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was great as well and they let us leave our luggage before checking and after checkout. The location was very good too. We had bed bugs in the room.
-
Noise, you can hear the tube. The building and facilities are a bit old and need refurbishing. But it has its charm.

Location Cramped and noisy
-
Great location, helpful staff, clean. Rooms are very small, fine for 1-2 nights but not longer.

I was clean, comfortable, very good located, just few minutes from the Paddington train station. It was all good Not really anything, we lived on the 2nd floor but in the basement where the breakfast is served, you can feel tube trains passing beneath, funny :) Breakfast could be a bit more versatile, I bet it does not cost the fortune, my sons ate waffles :)

Staff member was not friendly or forthcoming, welcoming in any way upon arrival.
-
Location near Paddington and Elizabeth Line. Price. Helpful staff. Clean. Steep narrow stairs, no lift. Facilities are dated. Bathroom says water non-potable. No bottled water in room.

The stairs

Location Men loitering in front of adjacent hotels and park. Street was lined with trash bags waiting for pickup. Toilet would not flush. Young lady at check-in desk had that issue resolved fast. Room was cold so she sent a portable heater.
-
Very helpful location for Paddington In need of renovation, breakfast poor, very noisy especially the rumble of trains underground.

Clean, good value The front desk assigned my room to someone else and they walked in while I was resting after a long flight.
