Comfortable room, good breakfast and quiet location - superb value. Nothing

location My grandson was disappointed after walking from Hyde Park and the marble at the entrance to find how basic the decor was downstairs with no view. He had been warned but like many a 12 year old he ignored it. He also mentioned a problem with television reception and too sweet yogurt at breakfast.

Double beds are more like 1.25 single beds, small bathroom

Location & cleanliness At no. 94, Room 241: the towel blocking the window of the rear exit -needs to go. The material on the chair’s back rest was torn.

Room was up 4 flights of stairs and very hot , breakfast was a bit plain but good value for money

Location was ideal for me as it was close to the station. Breakfast was adequate but meats left out without refrigeration My room was in a different building 6 doors down the street, in a basement down steep stairs, with a door to the outside with no curtains and could be looked into from adjoining room. Had to go back to main building for breakfast. Bathroom very tiny, and toilet did not flush properly and had running water from the cistern all night.

Decent room No hot water and rubbish breakfast

The breakfast quality was very poor. I stayed for 7 nights, from 2nd November 2025 to 9th November 2025, and the breakfast menu remained the same every day — just bread, cheese, oats, and coffee or tea. There was no variety or change throughout the stay. Additionally, the attitude of the restaurant staff was not polite or respectful towards Indian guests. There are no lift facilities, and the steps are very narrow—climbing to the rooms feels like climbing a tree. Elderly people may find it difficult to walk through such a narrow passage.And my flight was in the night 9pm.I am regular traveller to many countries and a tour operator and request for a grace period,they have instructed to checkout on 11pm( because their checkout time is 10.30am).I requested for 12pm but they have denied for grace period.Not busy day and they are not willing to give it.Overall I am not satisfied the reception people attitude is not good

Unnecessary expensive. Very uncomfortable to access the room I paid £100 a night for.

The bed is too small

Great location and breakfast I stayed for two nights.The room where i was staying was 10 houses away from reception , with no lift, i had to walk back and forth multiple times to get the requires toiletries which should have been there in the first place. There were also no towels. The next day coffee and tea wasnt refreshed. Please can you write again to the hotel and ask to check their records rather than simply responding with a template answer.

Location - very handy to Paddington. A basement room with "views" to a tiny courtyard filled with rubbish and used nappies. Stairs down were dirty and carpets stained. "Free toiletries" consisted of a soap. A TV in the room but no remote control. The "duvet" consisted of the bedspread with an open sheet under.
