Good location, clean and convenient rooms. The staff was polite, especially the guy name was Selim. Nothing

The location was perfect. Close to tube and easy to find options. Rooms are small but ok. It was clean. Small rooms. There was a fan but it was hot and airless a little bit.

No AC, very hot room.

There was no lift and we had to walk up three flights of stairs with heavy luggage. The bathroom was a closet with barely enough room to turn around. No breakfast included.

Location is great. To us proximity to Paddington station was very good. Staff was OK. We didn't interact with them much, but nothing to complain there. Clean sheets, blankets and pillows. (This should be granted, but in this case it can be mentioned as something good.) I've seen my fair share of hotels and I've been to London several times before too. This was THE BIGGEST disappointment I've ever encountered in a hotel. TLDR: Stay away - this place is not worth it. Everything is worn down and outdated plus the bathroom photos on this website are not what they have in reality. Room can feel creepy, even. Very outdated interior, everything is worn down, cramped interior and obviously faked information (photos) on this website. They display nice bathroom photos here, but in reality ensuite bathrooms are like old caravan or cruise ship toilets. (Small, worn down plastic surfaces etc.) Our room had a window with cracked glass that couldn't be closed. (Old wooden frame with paint falling off that just wouldn't move enough to be closed.) The staff leaves the hotel at 10pm. To me it feels uncomfortable to stay in a place like this without anyone supervising what goes on in the building. Walls between the walls seem really thin. Last night there was someone in next room and their voices could be heard clearly. Build quality of the room was really poor. Uneven, creaking floor and every surface was worn down and outdated. Many things had old stains on them, like a small stool they had and shower curtains. Another thing I have to mention was street prostitution out in the open in front of the hotel. This is obviously not the fault of this hotel directly - but I must wonder if a nightly unsupervised hotel (there are several hotels on the street) attracts this kind of activity in the area.

Room was good, clean. Comfy bed Room was right next to reception, so quite a lot of noise with other customers entering and exiting. It was quiet at night though, so no complaints here.

Liked the extra touches of shampoo and shower gel, toothbrush and slippers. Bit noisy at times could hear people talking and moving around as walls seemed quite thin. However didn’t interrupt our nights sleep.

Easy check in and check out. I had the box room! It was hot! Small room but done the job Room was hot, no windows.

Very small room, no space

Room was clean and had basic amenities as defined. Perfect for someone looking for a place in heart of London. very close to Hyde park and other attractions. Shared bathroom. But cant blame as it was informed while making the booking.
