The location is just perfect, a very quiet area with beautiful (and enormous) plane trees, just a 10-min walk from Hyde Park and Paddington Station. The hotel is cozy and well-kept and the staff is nice

Friendly staff, location Bouncy mattresses (almost like an air mattress), tiny room, twin beds (we had been booked for a double), dust.

I liked the location to Paddington train station. I had to walk up some stairs beyond lift with a heavy suitcase. Some floor were at lift location. It was small and met all my needs for a few nights. I felt safe. The stairs were steep with a big suitcase.

Location, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff was great! Honestly, the hotel was great, it just happened to coincide with a heat wave and no air conditioning. The hotel staff did offer us two fans, however the outlet by the bunk beds did not work, so we asked the staff if they had an extension cord so the fan would reach the bunk beds, but they did not have one and did not seem to know what we were wanting. If the weather had been cooler the above would not have been an issue. Our rooms were very clean, the staff was always friendly, and the location was perfect! Hotel was close to Paddington Station, took the Heathrow Express and was at the airport in 15 min. no air conditioner. Was not a con for us, but could be for others that our room was up a couple flights of stairs.

Unfortunately, I found bed bugs in my room, which completely ruined my stay. The staff did arrange another hotel for me, and I appreciate that, but dealing with bed bugs caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. I hope the hotel resolves this issue before hosting more guests. I would not stay here again.

Good location and nice staff. We’d like to comment Eva at the breakfast. Rooms are extremely small, we could not open 2 suitcases at once in our room. Bed was too small as well. Bathroom minuscule. No AC. Felt like it is one of the thousands around it. Breakfast (continental only) so-so

Clean tidy and close to Paddington station. In hot weather they had no air con, and no fans in the room, with the windows wide open there was lots of noise from aircon units on other buildings. Also little things missing, like no shower mat. The beds felt old and mattresses need replacing.
