Location,room size,cleanliness...bag storage in lobby a real bonus save having to carry luggage around Only negative side ,no air an offer of a fan would be a great option, only reason it was very warm when visiting beyond hotels control

The room we checked in the first night was very small and half of the balcony was occupied by the air conditioning machine. My daughter booked this hotel for the balcony. We talked to the lorby the following morning and asking if we can change our room to the one beside us since they were checking out. They were very friendly and changed for us. They were friendly whenever we needed some information for the city.

Comfy mattress, good location. I booked my room months in advance and asked for a double and triple room. I wanted a double bed and got a twin room. The staff was not helpful at all in this matter, considering I booked so far on advance and the almost £700 for 2 nights I expected to have my expectations me. This hotel was run by rude people with no system or empathy. The rooms are dated and extremely basic and very overpriced for what you get. I came with my elderly mother who was placed in a room that had a door cobjoining to another room, the noice from the other room was unbearable. The noice in general was not satisfactory. This is a budget hotel and should be charged as such.

Loved everything about the hotel. It was clean. Staff were amazing, helpful and happy. Breakfast was great and good quality. Location was perfect.

Great location, a bag drop if arriving early and the beds were clean. Downstairs and front looked tidy and smart. There was a leak on the bathroom floor by the sink, we rang reception who sent someone up. He put a towel on the floor and said that maintenance wouldn’t be able to fix until the next day. Shortly after, we discovered that the bathroom door had warped and wouldn’t close, there was a leek from the toilet also and the toilet roll holder fell of the wall. If it hadn’t been 11pm with senior citizen and a child then I would have rang back and insisted on another room. The beds were clean so we slept and left.
