Great location, very clean
-
Hotel is placed closed to the center of city, near by Picadilly line. Almost everything in walking distance. Room was clean and spacious. Even I paid for fast high speed internet it was quite slow especially from 7-10am and from 6-9pm. The London pub restaurant is not worthy of 12% service charge, service level and food is 6 out of 10.

Location is excellent, clean rooms and friendly staff! Nothing of note for its value

Thare war really nothing I liked about this hotel. Took my daughter for a Europe trip where we went to 4 different countries and this was the worst hotel for the entire trip. Rooms were to small. No AC in the middle of summer. Staff was not of much help. Value to price ratio really bad. Wished we would have stayed in any other hotel.

The breakfast was good. The staff were fine. All was ok. The reception desk for City Sleeper is a bit small.

Great location, although min 12 minutes walk to the nearest underground stations. Room was clean and beds were very comfy. Room was super hot (around 30 degrees C) and no air conditioning available. No seating in the lobby.

Nice modern rooms with a good kettle (i needed that cup of tea so bad when I got in) good iron and ironing board. The signs to our room were very confusing.

The lack of air conditioning in the room made our stay in 38 degree temperature uncomfortable

From the second you walk in, you can tell it's good to be a good stay. Great facilities in the lobby (free water refill stations, 24/7 shop in case you forget your toothbrush or want a drink, umbrella rental service) and it's super clean and modern. When I booked, I asked for our rooms to be close together and they did deliver. We were in a joint family room - basically two normal rooms but the door in-between was unlocked - and that's definitely as close as we could be! You can close that door though thankfully so I didn't have to suffer my dad's snoring during our stay. As for the quality of the rooms, I have nothing bad to say at all. It was quiet, spotless, well stocked with tea/coffee... Also really appreciate that the rooms had fans in them as we were staying during the recent heatwave. We also ate at two of the restaurants linked to the hotel (the Bloom Pizza and the Woolfe & Whistle) and they were really tasty with options for everyone.

Our stay at this hotel was very uncomfortable. We chose it primarily because of the location, which was convenient for our trip, but that didn't pay off. Also, the breakfast was slightly better than what UK hotels normally provide, and I have to give them credit for that. That is the reason why I give 5/10 and not less. I don't believe this hotel deserves to be rated 4 stars. I travel quite extensively for both leisure and work, and I have never seen such a small and uncomfortable bed. It was simply too narrow for two adults, both of whom are of quite skinny build. There is no air conditioning, and even the common areas were hot and stuffy, despite the fact that it was only about 22°C outside. Riding the elevator to the 7th floor was torture - it felt like 30+ degrees inside. It was also not really possible to keep the window open at night, as the area is quite noisy and you can hear all the usual London sounds even from the top floor - emergency services, people yelling at each other, and so on. As for the shower room - no comments. It is simply unbelievable that they offer it at this price.
