Rarely does anywhere get 10 out of 10 but this place deserves it! Super friendly, happy to help and a lovely place to stay

Great hotel. This is my go-to hotel when traveling to London for work.

Staff were impeccable, they were so friendly, when they heard about the issues we had the night before with another property the were really sympathetic. They were there it help in any way possible. They also checked throughout our stay. I would stay again. It was just so welcoming. There was no kitchen but they do have tea and coffee in the room which is topped up daily. And l also liked the little beauty products they provided for you, it’s the little things that make your stay just that little bit nicer. The bed was a little firm for our liking but not a big issue.

Clean very nice & cool - amazing welcome would really loved to have given it a 10/10 but there was a mix up with communication about parking- no parking on site… however resolved quickly and very happy with how it was handled- have already booked to stay again in the next few weeks

Perfect location across from beautiful Russell Square. It’s within walking distance of the British Museum and even of Trafalgar Square if you’re feeling energetic. The Tube station is just around the corner. The staff was very pleasant and the room large by London standards with a great bathroom. Breakfast was a bit limited and pricier than what you can find elsewhere, but the food, the setting, and the service were all good. There was no chair in the room, only a polyurethane stool of some sort. The reception is downstairs in the basement so it sometimes felt like an apartment hotel.

Location location location. I loved being in Bloomsbury. The price was reasonable for London and I liked the literary theme decorations. there are 2 swipe pads at the door. And I always forgot which one opened the front door and seemed to take ages to do it right. ( that was probably a me problem!) I did not use the kitchenette.

Want to make special mention of the desk staff who went above and beyond to make us welcome and added the meaningful touches that make a difference. They wrote their names down for me but I have since misplaced them so apologies, I can't name them individually but they were all wonderful and deserve big kudos.

Excellent location and friendly and helpful staff Slow bar service with limited drinks

The cleaning service came in every day and also restocked the coffee and tea supplies, including two sets of delicious cookies. Everyone on the staff was extremely kind and even left us a bottle of wine and chocolates for my partner’s birthday. I would like to specifically thank Anas, who was very kind and even offered to come to our room personally to help us with the TV. The hotel itself is in a very central location: just a 1-minute walk from an Underground station, Pret A Manger, Tesco, and a really nice park where you can sit and relax. We would definitely come back to this hotel! The only downside was the noise from the street, but it wasn’t very loud. We had the windows open, yet keeping them closed would probably make it completely fine.

My partner and I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights, and it was the best decision we made on this trip! Our whole experience was simply superb: the room was clean, spacious, and more than enough for two people. The bed was big and very comfortable, and the bathroom was also quite large and comfortable.
