Everything was good. Hosts were fun. Wifi was reliable. The flowrate of the shower. Perhaps add a table or bench in the shower area to stow your stuff.

The daily activities are well thought out and welcoming. The family dinners provide a great opportunity for socialization! The staff are also above and beyond in all regards. N/A

The location was great! Very convenient. Stayed at a small 3 person room. The social aspect of the hostel was what drew me in and it exceeded my expectations. Jacko was the best, welcomed me so warmly, very attentive, very good at remembering details from convos as well.. Great at keeping the madness in check and looking for solutions always. Also shout out to Shaun, can't believe it was his first time being a party leader but we had so much fun with the drinking games and the clubs we hit afterwards, he was lovely, great at ushering so many drunk people and very attentive always checking on us, great at giving directions back as well. Thank you all.. I had the best time. I wish I stayed longer, so much stuff to do, i wanted to attend all the activities.. will definitely be back here next time I'm in London.. ? The only thing that is slightly annoying (which I suppose isn't unique to this hostel) is the insufficiency of the toilets.. We literally had to queue for the toilets for the World Cup Final and so many of us missed a goal while waiting. Yes exceptional circumstances.. Not sure anything can be done about the facilities in an old building and it's not always like this, but you do need to plan your showers etc if you're in a hurry... Also the gaps between the bunkbeds are small so if you're tall like me you're gonna have to crane your neck a lot if you're sitting ..

The atmosphere at Onefam waterloo was so great! You could feel the good vibes, the staff was so nice and you couldn't help going along and having a great time. So, if you are a solo traveller, or not, I couldn't recomend it more. The FREE(excpet travell fares) city tours were also so great. As it was my first time in London it was a great chance to see the city AND the best thing, getting to know other fellow travellers. The FREE vegetarian dinner was also great (go green!) and a good way to getting to know others and don't get me started on the PARTYgames. So, if you hate getting to know people and having fun I don't recomend this hostel but if you love to having fun and getting to know other poeple from all over I couldn't recomend it more (which life is all about). At Onefam Waterloo they truly are one fam. Cheers and thanks for the good times, Jacko, Ana and Shaun! The facility is like going back to an intimate crowded dorm in college but in a good way. So, not really a drawback, but still if there is anything. But it plays more into the vibes and the vibes makes more than up for it. The staff is also good at letting you know beforehand so you won't be suprised.

Loved the experience, everybody was awesome

I loved the location! Very close from some tourist spots, it’s also very close to public transport. I also liked that it’s a very social hostel, I think is very easy to make friends because they host many events and parties. I honestly didn’t have any bad experiences.

the staff was diva. the stay was boots. the food was mother. the room was tea. the guests were hunty. no but for real. the staff was amazing and super accommodating and very welcoming I will miss them all. I didn't like that I had to leave. I didn't really go on the sightseeing trips cuz im a night owl and not a morning person but going bar hopping was very fun and I never felt unsafe cuz the staff was just so slay.

Amazing group of people! Perfect place to make friends and have a good time.

Good location + cool staff + great variety of extras included (dinner, tours, etc). Hector in particular was super cool with us and managed our check-in and check-out with lots of patience. All good except that there wasn't an elevator to carry bags to the rooms.

Vibrant atmosphere, and very kind stuff. I asked them to print some documents for me, and they did that at a very good price.

Very kind staff, lots of activities, but in some spaces the building feels bit old.

I joined two of the evening activities and had such a great time. Every evening offers something different, and everything is thoughtfully organized. The team really creates a sense of community and makes you feel like part of one big family. The location is also excellent, with the main attractions within easy walking distance. If you prefer not to walk, the nearest station is just a short distance away, making it very convenient to get around. nothing :)

The hostel itself was amazing. The kitchen, common area, bathrooms, and rooms were all clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully organized. What really made this place stand out were the activities. Unlike many other hostels, the events did not feel generic or forced at all. They were genuinely fun, engaging, and organized by people who clearly put passion and personality into them. A special thank you goes to Lydia, who was at the reception most of the time. She was incredibly friendly, made everyone feel welcome, and had excellent music taste. The music she played in the common area always created such a good vibe. Another huge thank you to Augustin, who not only cooked delicious food for us but was also an amazing party host in the evening. He led the drinking games and pub crawl one night, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our stay. Even though we only stayed for two nights, my cousin and I would absolutely come back again. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a social, welcoming, and memorable stay in London.

The staff was extremely welcoming and did a great job of ensuring we had fun during the entire stay. We went on excellent walking tours during the day and had a blast during the pub crawls. Jacko and Micky were awesome hosts and very friendly! The kitchen facility was exceptional and the common room was a great place to hang out. 11/10 for a solo or small group stay in London! A little but tight in terms of bedding and store for luggage, but thats what you pay for at most hostels. The experience far outweighed any minor inconvenience.

Genuine exceptional social hostel, very welcoming. Shout-out Lindsey and Jacques in the front.
