Location, staff were so friendly and helpful especially with a young a young family. Cot was supplied and put together by staff. Pool facilities were great. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Nothing.

Modern amenities, comfy and stylish rooms, excellent views and good transport links People with children appeared to be sent to a back room for breakfast. The fire alarm went off at half 11 at night and terrified my boys. I cant imagine there was a test at that hour, so it was concerning.

Right across the road from the Waterloo tube, the breakfast was gorgeous. The staff were all really nice and helpful The beds were the best I've slept on. Nothing, everything was excellent.

The location was convenient The staff at this hotel was absolutely terrible. I stayed there for four nights and repeatedly asked them to clean my room and perform regular housekeeping. However, every time I returned to the hotel later at night, the room was still in the same state as when we left it. Consequently, they ended up doing housekeeping at midnight, which was incredibly inconvenient and uncomfortable for my 18-month-old child and my pregnant wife. Despite my requests for accommodations, the hotel staff did nothing to address the issue. They promised to reach out to me within 24 to 48 hours when I was leaving the hotel, but no one did.

The room was really spacious and clean. Loved the lighting. The best part was having kids play area in the ground floor. I don’t know if it was just for summers or its permanent, but in any case, we had a lovely time. The housekeeping was a bit slow, they missed cleaning out room somehow. But on request they did clean up. Though it was not upto the mark, but was okay for the last day.

Location Service. No answer to guest services or concierge for hours on arrival. Had to visit reception twice. Kettle was not working. Sink was blocked causing the whole bathroom to flood. Poor service in general.
