Good location and breakfast was awesome. Smooth checkin and out. The bathroom light shines into the bed when another person is in there. That is not ideal at all. Facecloths would be greatly appreciated.
-
Location and views from the room. Functioning air conditioning Access through elevators and building

Nothing

The hotel was right next to the train station, making travel to the airport fast, cheap, and easy. I could walk to the theater and a number of restaurants.

Facecloths please

Trying to find the room was way too time consuming

Great stay in a fab location for West End shows
-
The location and how modern it was. Also the breakfast was decent I did not like being in the basement. The description said no window room but did NOT state basement and I hated being underground

Location N/a
-
The main entrance was closed for construction making the lobby mostly unusable and making getting in and out of the hotel somewhat chaotic at times, and there was no information about this beforehand
-
Good location good frontmen When I had a query with front reception was not addressed The bedrooms cannot make totally dark to sleep

Fresh, clean, comfortable rooms and a great location
-
Rooms were clean, breakfast was amazing. I will definitely be staying here again. Beds could’ve been a little bit more comfortable.

Great location within the city.

Hotel was nice even though construction was going on at the main door which was disruptive. Hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent The journey from the lobby to the room was ridiculous. Up elevators then down and a really long walk. It was easy to get lost and way too complicated. Overall the hotel was overpriced for what we received.

Clean rooms with ample space (by European standards. Electrical outlets in room were nonsensical, e.g. the only place the hair dryer worked was at the desk, not in the bathroom.

The room was big and well appointed with a large shower, TV, ironing board and iron (!), lots of mirrors and lights. Very discreet. Breakfast was in a different building but it was large and ample food. Quiet despite the busy streets outside. It was confusing as the first building near the train station said RIU Plaza Wilton Road but the actual hotel was across a side street as the usual entrance was shut off by road works. Confusing! The breakfast was in the other building and because of the road works you could go via the second floor and a maze of corridors to the large restaurant. Otherwise you had to go outside and cross three busy roads (at traffic lights). The area is central and as such there are a lot of street sleepers.

The family quad room is spacious. Breakfast buffet was fantastic - plenty of choices and food quality was excellent. We stayed in the annex building, which is connected to the main building, but reaching it required going up and down a flight of stairs or taking the elevator. The breakfast restaurant was also located in the annex, which was convenient, though the walk from the hotel’s main entrance to the annex was a bit long.

The lobby area been undergoing construction that made it difficult to take a taxi and being dropped off

Great location close to Victoria Station. Rooms were spacious, clean and air-conditioned. Staff were not very pleasant
