Well located for bus route and Kings Cross station. Breakfast is OK but the bar and restaurant staff are surly and unhelpful in the evening, there are much better drinking and dining options nearby. Bad bar staff. smell of gas in the hallway.

Location and cleanliness Breakfast shd have had some non pork meat options. The double bed in the rooms are too small, esp given the price we pay.

Localization and room Food & hotel charged me 2 times for a room and now I need to wait for money to be unblocked

All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was immaculate, with very comfy beds and just enough room for the 4 of us. Breakfast had a great choice and was super tasty.

Clean, cozy, and a good location. It bothered me that the waiter (a white guy) came over twenty minutes before breakfast ended to announce that it was wrapping up at 10:00; it felt like he was rushing us to finish up and leave. It wasn't just me—everyone in the dining room found it irritating. He could have simply said the buffet was closing and suggested we grab whatever we needed, rather than making it feel like we were being kicked out.

Clean and central to Whitechapel. Breakfast was disgusting

It was in a good location for an event we were attending in the area. Staff were friendly and room was comfortable. Very noisy in the breakfast area but we were probably there at peak time for breakfast.

The room was modern, felt welcoming, the bed is comfy and it had good coffee and lovely toiletries. Reception staff were efficient and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a good variety There is also a great Turkish restaurant at the end of the street, serving authentic food. Being so close to the East and City of London
