Location close to the underground, really easy to access city center. Breakfast was good and nice staff The TV was not working properly

The location was near the underground service so visiting places was easy. The room was comfortable. I didn't purchase breakfast. Sometimes the TV would disconnect but this was a minor issue.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! Room was always clean and stocked with coffee/tea/towels etc. Felt very safe staying there. I could not get consistent wifi service and the TV would go out often, drinks and food were just okay.

Right next to metro station with direct connections to most London sights. Very good breakfast, especially coffee. Was possible to store luggage after checking out. Sometimes plates and cutlery run out during breakfast but were quickly replenished

The location was fantastic, close the the tube and within walking distance of great food and coffee. The value for money was good, hard to get better prices in such a location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was not very comfortable, a bit on the stiff side and the pillows were too thin. A small detail: the TV casting was a mess (watch your own Netflix on TV). A final thing that I didn't notice when booking: there is no aircon in the rooms! Thankfully it was cool enough, just for other travelers who might've missed that

Location and price for London felt like good value for money Mattresses were exposed, and our particular ones had very clear stains and dirt on them. Gross.
