The breakfast,the size of the room and double room,location in tve vibrant district,really helpful staff The fact that self check in and check out at the entrance might confuse guests of the lack of the reception and I don’t understand the need of deposit charge

Location was relatively close to public transport. Many options for cafes right outside the hotel. Staff were incredible helpful and nice. Room was tidy and clean.

Close to the tube/bus stops, spotless, comfortable, lovely staff and easy check in and check out, quiet location. Lack of dairy free yoghurt. Limited selection of cereals

The location is great, 5 min away from underground, and a lot of busses nearby, restaurants. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We have requested a room with certain requirements and they did a great job. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because we wanted to sleep in and try numerous cafes nearby. Highly recommend. We will for sure be back when visiting London.

Some of the staff were really good a female attendant but I believe a gentleman called aditya(not too sure was not very helpful as the female attendant I am sorry I didn't catch her name. The male attendant changed my room to not what I booked and was not very helpful in attending to meeting what I was looking for. I felt I was being pushed into taking a room I didn't want because my bookings got messed up.

Lovely and clean, staff were lovely, we managed to check in early, fab location for the nearest tube station. Was great to have a starbucks next door and a tesco express couple of doors down.

9th floor terrace Around the hotel it was a lot of dirt in the streets. The nearest parking NCP has even human stools, alcoholic bottles, al lot of homeless. Did not expect this in London. The hotel has no valet parking. The same food every day.
