George Hotel

There’s no AC so I had to open the windows if it’s so hot. Unfortunately there are other guests chatting until 2am and the noise coming from open windows. That struggled me sleeping

Got a underground to kKngs Cross and followed a postcode to our hotel.Straight forward enough. It was sweltering outside so it was nice and cool when we got into reception. The greeting was warm and our room was immaculate. I would say newly upgraded. The beds were very comfy and clean. There was no A/C even with the window opened it was so warm. However there was a fan left in the room. My husband went and asked for a second fan if it was available and one was graciously found. The two fans were a God send. The bathroom was sparkling and we all enjoyed a great shower. Our Breakfast was delicious.. plenty of choice and eough of everything. The staff filled our water bottles with Ice cold water the night we landed and the next morning before we said goodbye. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Actually I would have no problem booking it again for us if we are attending a function on that side of the city. Because I would imagine that its a listed building there was no A/C however they did resolve the problem.

Great Location. I could go on about it all day but just take a look on google maps. Plenty of restaurants, parks, laundry, etc.

Very convenient location. The stairs are very narrow, but otherwise it’s a great place.

The rooms were lovely. The location, everything previously scored, was great. There is no elevator, obviously, so when I checked in late on a Friday evening, I was not willing to lug my big suitcase up to the top floor. Nor did I want the older gentleman at the front desk to do so.

We were lucky to get an upgraded room that was also newly decorated. Great breakfast & good value. Nice staff. Greet location.

Location was super convenient for traveling via St Pancras. Easy to reach other parts of London via taxi or underground. Location also had easy access to eateries, but note that reservations at most popular spots are necessary The pub around the corner was super lively and it was a great atmosphere- until we tried to sleep.

Easy access to underground and buses. Not a busy street.

Very well located, near the trains stations. Very safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and stores. Was comfortable but probably an old hotel that was taken care of. Nothing, it was what we neeeded for a short stay in London.

Great location. Loved the view of the park from my room. Had to wait awhile for a breakfast table.

The room was very clean, comfortable and modern. The window opened which allowed fresh air and was quite pleasant. We booked online which included breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. No elevator in this hotel. It was cumbersome hauling our luggage up three flights of stairs.

Very comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. We were on the top floor with no lift, so the stairs were challenging but the view from the room was worth the climb. The breakfast was ok but nothing special. The location worked really well for the train stations we were using and the bus and underground transportation to all the places we were going was very convenient.

There are family rooms with three beds. A lot of street noise. No lift.

It was close to the underground
