The guy on the first night was very friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable, I like how the TV was a smart TV. The day I checked out, the guy on reception was miserable and rude. I had to keep taking the batteries out of the TV remote to get them to working.

We arrived 2 hours earlier and the man let us check in early, The room was on top floor of a 4 storey building, no lifts , but suppose that cant be helped , the pillows inside the case were stained yellow and dirty , there was no batteries in the telly control, but man on desk was really nice and gave us the ones from he's own tv control, there's no kettle in the rooms , boiling hot inside, chair in room was dirty carpet dirty , very run down, we'd booked for 2 nights but only stayed one , checked out next day , but for £188.00 quid it's cheap , also trains right outside window, going past every 5 mins was really loud , but good part was having a toilet and bathroom to ourselves in the room

Nothing. The place is run down and dirty. Room was like a sauna on the third floor with no lift. Filthy in places.

Basic but good value for money. Excellent location. Friendly staff :) Tv didn’t work :(

The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and beautifully presented. Everything felt modern, new, and very well organised. We can’t thank our host, Gor, enough for going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He even prepared a delicious barbecue for us, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. The property is beautiful, and everything exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommended! Everything was perfect

The property is nothing to ride home about.I just like the location. The bed is broken and my waist has been paining me. The liquid soap is disgusting.

The air conditioning when we were finally given the remote to activate it after going to ask for additional fans as we couldn't breath in the room! In the weekend heat, they still didn't actively advertise or offer it, until you complained and like magic, they had a remote to turn it on! This place is absolutely horrendous, I thought that 1 night wouldn't matter as we only needed to get our heads down after a concert, how wrong was I! Absolutely filthy, environmental health will be getting an email, air con units in the room but wouldn't turn on so presumed they didn't work, until 1am when I went down to ask for another fan and got given the remote. It was that bad that we left the room about 12.30am to go and see if the Travel lodge next door ad any rooms, but they didn't! Tv isn't connected to aerial so doesn't work, dust allergies set off, skin itchy and rash reaction, which I presume is due to the filth of the room! Bedroom door not secure and run by all men which was intimidating for me and my 2 daughters staying there! We were basically trapped as had no where else locally with rooms available and we were 2 hours from home with no trains! Can't even explain the disgusting room, so hopefully pictures can say all that needs to be said, this place should be shut down!
