The location is great - only a 3 min walk to Victoria station, and very accessible/safe late into the night (despite some shady characters loitering around, we were not approached by any of them). The rooms are nice and clean, but small - these are great when you are planning to spend most of your time outside and only want to be back at the end of the day or for a nap. There are a lot of very good breakfast options in and around Victoria station, so the Citizen M breakfast seems rather expensive for the choices. The bathrooms are clean and modern, but the design is such that you need to be careful with the showers to avoid water flooding out of the shower area. On the first day, we found a post-shower puddle outside the bathroom on the main floor and had to call for emergency help! Thereafter, we kept the shower pointed in the opposite direction and kept the flow at medium.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was close to Victoria Station, restaurants and a grocery store. There was a refrigerator in room which I used every day. It is not a traditional hotel in that they had no information on the area around and how to get around town. The ipad for controlling things in room was very buggy. It took a LOT of patience to get it to turn on TV or change channels. The colored lights in room changed on its own which I did not like. The shower door was not properly sealed as there was water on the floor of the bathroom each time I used the shower.

Location is excellent, close to Victoria station and the tube Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room is too small for king size bed, making it too small to exit the bed without climbing over the other person.In standard room, door to bathroom opens inward hitting the toilet and providing only a small space to enter bathroom. A design flaw easily fixed.

Location. The bedsheets and pillowcases had a terrible smell, i developed allergies sleeping on them! And i informed the reception nothing was done.the room is not spacious at all

We liked the location and it was very clean We did not like that you had to control everything with an iPad, getting up in the middle of the night and not being able to turn on a light without using the iPad was very inconvenient and all the lights came on so you wake up your husband. There was no storage in the room to keep your clothes except a few hangers, no room in the bathroom to keep your toiletries

The M is so upbeat and it’s very accessible to the transport of any kind, bus, rail or taxi in the heart of Victoria Station! The room is cozy with a comfortable bed with extra pillows. Every detail is thought out! You’ve got your fridge, a nice hot shower and a huge flat screen tv to watch until you fall blissfully asleep! Not a thing.

Lobby experience was great. Breakfast selection and coffee in the morning was a great way to start the day. Room was clean and modern and comfortable. Staff were great! Location was perfect. Nothing really. Being close to the train station means that sometimes there is a vagrant crowd but we never felt unsafe.

Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Very relaxed and engaging atmosphere. Excellent wifi. Could offer say a continental breakfast of just cereal/yogurt/toast for a lesser price.
