Location is great. The studio is incredibly small. Without the provision of a small table/ counter, a small wooden tray was present in the room to rest your coffee or drinks. The space is so tight that it took some serious geometric gymnastics to pack the suitcase.

Location was near a station but that isn't saying much. Room was advertised on Booking.com clearly as having IN-ROOM WASHING MACHINE/DRYER (see attached), and not only was there not one, the shared one cost money per use. I specifically looked for a room with a washing machine. I don't care if Edyn Properties/ Locke Living website says otherwise because I didn't book through them, I booked through Booking.com. More annoyingly, the staff did not reply to any of the several emails I sent them at '[email protected]' and the email on Edyn Properties/ Locke Living website for general customer support '[email protected]' does not work either (see attached). Also, I note that their booking.com entry for this room type STILL lists it as having a washing machine/ dryer "in your private kitchen" as of 10 May 2026. The room was also dusty, supplies not filled/refilled properly, lacked some basic kitchen items, musty smelling fridge, shower leaked under the shower doors, horrible lighting, bad view, TV placed weirdly. Doors closing from nearby rooms are incredibly loud in the early hours. There was 1 single USB charging point, and the light switch by the bed was up above and behind the frame and required getting out of bed to use it. The only hotel I have ever stayed at that didn't have small, face washcloths. Very stingy with supplies like dishwashing tablets, toilet paper, coffee, etc and they only refill weekly, and wasn't completely restocked on arrival. I don't trust any reply made suggesting they are listening to feedback etc due to the fact they ignore emails and have a non functional group email.

location close to train station It’s uncomfortably small, Ive hit my little pinky toe thrice in 1 night

Great location. Rooms are incredibly small you will need to climb over the bed to get to the couch and then climb back over it to get out the room.

Location was perfect

The kitchen area was also dirty. The microwave had visible dirt and stains, and the refrigerator was not clean either. Overall, the level of cleanliness was far below what we expected. We had a very bad experience and would not recommend this place at all.

I liked that there was a kitchen and refrigerator and that it was set up to be more of a long term use place It was small, its dark, you can barley spot the place and the lighting throughout is awful. Also the microwave didn’t work and they don’t have24 hour support around that so I had to eat my dinner cold.

We found our stay to be comfortable and the location was perfect as we had to be in London for an event at Spitalfields. The room was small but wel designed and comfortable. The view from our window on the 11th floor was wonderful! Staff were helpful and friendly. For two people found we the room to be a little too small for a longer stay than one night. The shower head was very low, meaning I could just stand under it but my head touched it. There was no coffee making machine in the kitchen, only a kettle.

It was originally designed very nicely. It did include a full working kitchen and bathroom. Small - very tight room. Needs some TLC it was Dirty - not cleaning the room every day had lead to mold and hardwater buildup in the bathroom. The kitchen had food splattered up the backsplash. Barely any light in the bathroom and half my light bulbs were burnt out. The air conditioning made the most annoying clicking noise all night and the windows dont open. So it smells stale. Last is that they closed their yoga room so you now have to work out in a basement gym with no windows.
-
Closeness to the subway, really good breakfast, nice attentive staff Small spaces (cca 30cm between bed and window), stains on the wall and on the couch, weird smell in the room, issues with the drain

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff in a good location.

The location was very accommodating, near by the underground. It had a lovely cafe and plenty restaurants - including a tesco close by. The room was comfortable, and it had clean working facilities. The blow dryer was unfortunately broken in the room we were in.
-
Loved the location and the front desk workers, they were fantastic, kind, and really pleasant. I loved high floor and the decor of the room. Loved the view as well! It was a little bit on the smaller side and the bed was a little uncomfortable, but not enough where I couldn't sleep. Overall really great place!

Staff was a bit inattentive at times.

So happy with this place! We felt very welcome and comfortable.

We booked a cozy studio and I realised we were given a studio corner room number 410. There wasnt enough space for two people to stand without bumping into one another. Also, the space between the bed and the window almost doesn’t exist. We kept hitting our shoulders to the curtain panel. All in all quite disappointed for the amount we paid.

Very stylish rooms. Cleaning: They did not clean the room every day, and we also found some bottles left behind by the previous guest. We were two people, but they only provided one towel.
-
Drain smelt slyly off & shower door didn’t fully shut. Overall? Not much.

The soundproofing was absolutely terrible, and several facilities were malfunctioning. For instance, the sink was clogged, blocking the water flow. Also, the body wash was totally empty, which meant I had to go down and request a new one from the staff again and again to get things fixed. Many things were not functioning correctly, but luckily, all of the staff members were kind and gave me another room to stay.

Rooms are very small - best suited for a solo traveller or short stay.
